There is always cute little jazz playing at this place, which makes me laugh cause it’s bagels but it’s very pleasant. I have never had a bad experience here, and I’ve never heard anyone complain either. Ingredients are fresh and delicious, there’s never too little or too much cream cheese, and the service is top tier. Every Monday before I drive an hour to where I volunteer, Alan is there, with my order accurately guessed and quick to assemble.

We were passing through on a road trip to Lake George and decided to grab some bagels. We were pleasantly surprised to see the super clean eatery with delicious food! Bagel World at Vassar is my new go to spot for Breakfast and the best bagels around. The menu variety is great from bagels, to wraps, to just omelettes. The atmosphere is always warm and inviting! The smooth jazz that plays in the background truly gives it that cafe vibe. But what I like most about this Bagel World is the outstanding customer service! Big shout out Alan and Kevin. These guys are ALWAYS friendly and accommodating to everyone! They take a special interest to ensuring they satisfy customer orders down to each detail. Very friendly guys, good sense of humor and the best customer service I’ve experienced in the Hudson Valley. They and the other staff also keep the place clean. I often observe them cleaning and wiping tables while I’m there. Great job staff!

One of my favorite places near campus!! The bagels are super good (I forgot how much I loved bagels until a first came here) and the interior is so nice too. Everything is reasonably priced, and all the workers are very sweet. I come here often ☺️

I live in Brooklyn and called Bagel World the day before to deliver a breakfast platter to my friends family. This was somewhat a “bereavement” order since I wanted to let them know I was thinking of them on the anniversary of my friend/their daughter’s death. This restaurant went above and beyond to take care of this for me and even sent a card signed by my friends and I. I can’t express enough how accommodating they are. Little things go a long way and I will always recommend this place. Thank you!
