Excellent place for breakfast or brunch. Their “shreddie” breakfast bowls hit the spot. Nice selection. Location is a little cramped when busy but worth it.

Very disappointed in the employees at the register. They think it’s appropriate to speak about someone while they’re standing right there. I brought up a discrepancy in my receipt and the lady lied to her coworker about what I said which is when I started responding in Spanish. Then she tried to gaslight me by saying, “if you understood Spanish, you would know I wasn’t speaking bad about you.” I let it slide when they were poking fun at my order last week, but then they doubled down today. Rude for nothing.

Edit: Customer service is part of the entire experience. Your understanding is wrong because they did it twice. The lady lied to her coworker about what I said, making me appear to be demanding twice now. She also admitted to speaking about me by her response in my initial review. Of course everyone talks about customers, but at least wait until I leave the room especially if you’re trying to be funny. Y’all don’t care about what happened, only about the poor review. Them ladies are rude, between the leader and the followers. This is not to welcome xenophobia, this is to highlight the need for decorum.

Fantastic Bagel Sandwich & Great Service!

I stopped at Bagel Works Hunt Valley on my way to a training class, and I’m so glad I did. I grabbed a bacon, egg, and cheese on an onion bagel, and it was excellent. For me, the true test of a breakfast sandwich is the bacon — and they nailed it. Mine was perfectly crispy, which makes all the difference. Nothing ruins a good sandwich faster than limp bacon, and they clearly understand that here!

The service was fast, friendly, and efficient, making the whole stop a great experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in the area.

Amazing food! Better than THB in my opinion. Bagels are light fluffy and crunchy – literally the perfect bite.

I had their pork roll egg and cheese on an everything bagel and was 10/10 amazing. Wife had the Texan omelette and was mind blown.

Service was incredible. Would 100% recommend anybody to come here. I’ll be bringing everybody I know here.

Unfortunately, our experience here was not good. We ordered one bagel with avocado, bacon, and onion; another bagel with sausage, American cheese, egg, and LF veggie cream cheese. The lady at the counter told us our number was 141, when 147 was called she told me this was my order. I was confused so she read me back my order. On the first bagel order, she said “everything with avocado, tomato, and bacon” to which I said “no tomato, it should be onion instead”. She then told me “you said tomato”, which I most definitely did not. She gave the bagel to the chefs and they fixed it. She handed me the bag. When we got home, the other order was so disgustingly messy that it was inedible…and it was wrong. It was sausage, egg, no American cheese (she even asked if u wanted American and I said yes), and so much regular cream cheese (not veggie) that I couldn’t even pick it up. It was absolutely everywhere.

When walking in there were open tables and no host to greet or seat. I ordered at the counter and was not asked for here or to go. When I picked up my order I was told I ordered to go. I said that I did not and was not asked, and had already sat down at a table. I was then informed that ‘this counter is only for to go orders’, despite there being no signage. I was told I would have to take the bagel to go and could not stay. I have never before been told I could not stay at a restaurant I purchased food at. The bagel itself was soggy. Would not recommend.

I came here for the first time today. I ordered a dozen bagels (baker’s dozen) and they were big and delicious. I grew up in NJ too so I know what a good bagel is. The only odd thing is I was charged an additional “tech fee” of 4% after looking at my receipt.

Just FYI this location is not affiliated with the Bel Air location (different ownership).

Edit: Increasing my review to 4 stars after coming back a few times. Their bagels are great!

Bagels are fresh and there is a lot of variety. The coffee is tasty and fresh pots keep coming as you need it. Service was quick and friendly. I don’t live in this area but if I did I’d be a regular here.

First time here and it was disappointing. Girl at counter (Lilly) was not nice at all. She gave me a look when I walked in… sorry I’ve never been here I thought the menu would be up on the wall. I was not greeted nor directed as to where I could find a menu. I didn’t want table service so we ordered to-go. I went back to the counter and ordered an egg bagel (which they were out of due to the time of day) and she gave me attitude… I never saw the wall of available bagels left because it was blocked by a container. Oh well, then my boyfriends bagel was not made correctly, he asked for salt, pepper, and ketchup, but none of that was on his bagel. She was rushing us to pay when he wanted to add another protein to his sandwich. We ate them in the car and I think they put 1 egg on it… very cheap. She also didn’t ask how I wanted my eggs cooked (which I saw online you can select scrambled, fried, etc.). All I know is Lilly was not friendly at all. THB is sooo much better than this place!
