Im the manager of Tompkins Square Bagels in NYC w 3 famous locations and I was in the area for my daughter’s dance competition. We stumbled on this shop and the taylor ham, egg and cheese on a roll was perfect and the bagels were delicious and i know a little about bagels . I could tell the bagels were great just by looking and they were quality even better than many of my competitors in the city! I highly recommend this shop and the staff was friendly

I am a door dasher and i came to pick up an order and nobody and i mean nobody helped me out . When i tried to get their attention the lady with the hat and ponytail said i had an attitude …. Hah what !? I’ve read these other reviews & i am not the only one who says that these staff are RUDE AND HAVE MAJOR ATTITUDE ! the grumpy old man came out who i assume is the manager and said he DID NOT WANT ME BACK THERE because why? Because i gave them a taste of their own medicine. The lady with the ponytail is hella rude and have an attitude and they seem very racist ! IF U DONT LIKE UR JOB DONT BE THERE !

I love this place! My brother lives 15 min away and right after I order I go pick it up. I get a dozen sesame to go and they travel well back to Maryland and freeze well. I also get bagel sandwiches for breakfast and they’re so tasty.
