This morning, I was craving a bagel. I’ve passed this place a few times, so I decided to go in.
Upon walking in, the establishment is pleasant to the eye. It’s adorned with Halloween decorations, which makes it really cute.
I ordered an everything bagel, toasted with butter. It was a bit pricey (everything is nowadays) but definitely hit the spot. It was toasted perfectly, just the right amount of butter, and the taste was perfectly balanced.
Although the outside was toasted, the inside was nice and fluffy.
I would definitely return again!

I ordered a “Belgian” waffle with bacon and to my surprise was given 3 Eggos frozen waffles. The bacon was a generous portion I will say. Service was poor I waited patiently while all of the workers passed by me without even a simple smile, good morning, or a be right with you. I tried to have patience because I know bagel shops in this area can get busy, but seeing them walk back and forth without acknowledging the line was a little frustrating. It wasn’t until I said excuse me to one of the workers that I was finally acknowledged. If I hadn’t ordered and paid online I would’ve walked right out. I used to come here all the time and remember the service being a lot better. Won’t be back!

Just ordered two sandwiches, that amounted to over $20, and this is what I got! Literally two pieces of meat on each sandwich! I’ve never in all my life seen sadder sandwiches. Never again will I come to this establishment!! This is very upsetting to see coming from place like this. You think mom and pop bagel shop, you think quality. I’ve gotten better sandwiches from the McDonald’s breakfast menu for half the price! Terrible.

This place is a perfect example of needing to have a good team. I’ve come to this place as a Dasher for a while now. And figured I’d give them a shot. Their food is very good. But it depends on the day that you go because there’s one worker that works there that always seems bothered when either taking your order or anything. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich today. And that one person was there and she was so disrespectful and rude from the second I walked in the door she overcooked my bacon, made it burnt just rude and disrespectful. If you don’t want to work, don’t work because your 4.2 ratings is most likely because of that older sister. I won’t be coming back here.

I pass this place every day going to work and decided to bring my boys here and try it out. Nearly $13 for two plain bagels with cream cheese and a whole wheat everything with lox spread. I asked for the lox bagel to be toasted, it wasn’t. It was about a tablespoon of cream cheese on each bagel. It’s a shame, this could’ve been a perfect bagel spot for me and my work crew. Clearly won’t be back

Cute breakfast spot with tables for seating and lots of bagel and baked good options. Service was fast and friendly and the seating atmosphere was comfortable. The blueberry bagels didn’t really taste like blueberry but the texture was good and the muffins were excellent.

Use to go to them every weekend because they were so good. Now they only put one piece of bacon, and one egg. My total with a water was $12. Insane!! Also called, and the lady told me they just started using one egg now.

The staff is nice and the bagels are enjoyable. The speed of service, however, is about as bad as it can get in a bagel shop, at times. They seem to have made the decision to have each employee see an order all the way through from taking the order to cooking it and finalizing it. So you could have everyone working on a cooked breakfast sandwiches and there is nobody at the counter until somebody finishes at the griddle station. I was there this morning at 7:15 AM and nobody welcomed or said anything to new customers until 7:23 AM. That’s how poor the counter service can be. The gentleman behind me gave up and left and I was about to leave as well. I just wanted a single plain beggar with cream cheese and one of the other employees certainly could have done that while they were waiting for the other orders to cook. This is an inefficient process that plays itself out again and again. It would be easy for any consultant to come in and recommend having certain people specialize in certain stations/functions and keep one body at the counter taking orders (and fulfilling simple orders). See the photo of the four employees all doing a similar thing with nobody at the front counter. This went on for 7 minutes.
