We are visiting from out of town and was referred to this spot. My teenager put in an order for a beagle with cream cheese. Because the older lady behind the counter made it so quickly, I realized she didn’t ask if she wanted plain or toasted and assumed that my daughter wanted it not toasted. My daughter is use to most beagle places asking the customer is they want it toasted.

my dad or mom would take me to bagel supreme if we had time before school. i love the food. such good prices. and the staff is always friendly. i do wish that some of them were not so judge mental. sometimes if kids go in alone, they stare a bit. but over all i think it’s some of the best food i’ve ever had!

Love the breakfast sandwiches here. The French toast bagel is also fantastic if you like ‘em sweet. Just remember to tell them if you want your bagels toasted, cause the won’t ask, and they won’t do it unless you ask for it.

they have delicious bagels and very good breakfast food. But my issue is if you guys allow pick up and to call ahead to pick up an order, you should be able to get in and out with no problem even if you stand at the pick up counter. But instead you will be completely ignored until they feel like assisting you. And what I don’t like is there are multiple people that work in that storefront but they will just stare at you and help the other demographic of people until someone is ready to come charge you for a simple bagel and cream cheese sandwich. Whenever I order from here and it’s 2-3 hours from closing for the day, their toaster is being ‘cleaned’. I think it’s bc staff wants to get out of there maybe? So they can’t toast my sandwiches. So I’m going to stop ordering from them. Why not just do the job for the time that you’re open for? Pretty stupid way to lose customers. I like their stuff and it’s so close to my house. I’m writing this so the owner simply tells his/her staff to work completely during their work hours.

DISGUSTING SERVICE. every time I come they ignore me, stare at me and help other customers. Racist. This morning I came in and the older Spanish lady with the black eyeliner gave me the rudest looks just because I said I had a pickup. Very good food but i don’t think I’ll keep eating from here for long. very disappointing
