This is a traditional hole-in-the-wall NY style bagel place. Seating is limited and casual as almost all patrons do takeaway. The bagels are delicious! We ordered everything, plain, and cinnamon raisin; all three were crispy on the outside and deliciously fluffy on the inside. They do also offer a selection of coffee and Italian pastries, which looked good- but we only tried the bagels. They were great!

Wanted to give the new place in town a shot. With the competition in the area, it was going to have be pretty good to get 5 stars, and I honestly thought it was.
I got a scooped out garlic bagel with butter, and it definitely held its own against OB. Only complaint I’d say is the wait, considering it wasn’t really crowded. The way the line forms could be more organized, but overall the place is very clean and has a great selection as well. I would definitely go back.

My honest opinion
Very welcoming and superb customer service. Clean and I love the Self service option for macaroni salad and etc.
One thing I love the most is the amount of vegetarian and vegan options ! I live about 20 minutes away and would definitely come back here. I got everything a whole wheat bagel with little salt (I’m grateful for that) and regular cream cheese(was t crazy about the taste of the cc. Bagel is very fluffy and baked to perfection. There are plenty of options. Healthy juices to donuts and danishes. And even vegan dessert.

Really great options and quality at this bagel shop. Good sized line (expected on a Sunday) but they kept it moving. We had a mix of some ordered items and some pre made which were outstanding. They also serve sourdough options which l will try next time.

Omg first time ordering today through doordash. I had something simple. Egg cheese and spinach on a roll. Fries on the side and tuna for later. It was so good! My egg sandwich was EXCELLENT. MADE WITH LOVE. I want to know how she made it lol. Thank you Gaby!!

Hands down the best bagel I’ve had in the city. The texture is perfect: crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. The service was fast and the staff was so friendly. I’m already planning my next visit. 10/10 recommend!

On December 13, 2025, we departed very early from New Haven, Conn. We were traveling to Florida as my sister was relocating. It was 7 AM and we were hungry. I spotted the deli and suggested we stop in to eat. Best decision ever. The bagels were a sight. They looked and smelled delicious. Couldn’t decide. The breakfast sandwiches, perfect. My sister ordered the French toast with jam and cream cheese. Oh my! Out of this world. We bought an apple pancake. Not only was it huge, we enjoyed it for several days. Jersey, you guys have a little gem in Oakland. Too bad we live so far away; we’d be eating there every week. Perfect little spot.

Great Bagel spot extensive menu reasonable prices. My Taylor and Egg on a Egg Bagel was excellent meat and egg were cooked right. Bagel was fresh and delicious. Right by the MVC.I will be back.

Everything looks good and appetizing and the menu is clearly labeled with prices unlike many bagel shops.
I got the taylor ham and egg and pastrami and egg on a bagel along with their garlic cheese bagel (think of a garlic bread blended with a cream cheese bagel). All were excellent!
They also have plenty of other pastries, pies, etc that look yummy.
If I were nearby, this would be my go to bagel place. I’ll be back again whenever I’m near the area.
