Was craving breakfast and stopped here . A good location right on Inman Avenue… lots of other shops and other things around. Parking is good there are lots of parking spots within the complex… there are a few seats inside to sit and eat.. The menu is quite long, but we just went for a breakfast and ordered coffee and bagels.
Service was actually quick . They took orders and gave us the food within 5 to 7 minutes… we just loved the jalapeño bagel with butter.. It was so fresh and crisp… they toasted it to a perfect level and it melted inside our mouth.. We also had jalapeño cream cheese with poppyseed bagel and it was fresh and good… got a small box to go home. Coffee was average.. I wish the coffee was as good as the bagel. nevertheless it’s a very good spot for breakfast with not many bagel shops around. .. four stars for sure.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have given this place so many chances it’s not even funny. Consistently get orders wrong. I ordered 4 bagel sandwiches 3 without cheese 1 with cheese, all of them came with cheese except the one that we wanted cheese on lol. this was an online order, not through the phone not in person, no room for a misunderstanding. The younger workers are polite, the guy who looks like the owner makes me want to walk out the front door every time. This bagel shop is 2 mins from my house but I think it may be more worth it to drive another 10 minutes than go here again.

This place is such a let down. It looks really nice and vibrant from the menu display and even the bagel lay out. But the employees are rude, mostly kids and some grumpy chefs. Not only did they mess up the order, they didn’t apologize and when they fixed it they didn’t even bother to toast the bagel. The sandwich itself was basic as possible, and the price was way above what the sandwich was worth. I would’ve been better off going to dunkin because the bagel was weak too, and I feel I would’ve got the same quality steak and egg sandwich. Overall just a let down, waste of time, money and human engagement with their rude staff. Never again, and will advise others to steer clear.aq

Stopped in today about 2:30. They were cleaning up. Ordered a cinnamon raisin toasted with cream cheese. When I got to my destination to eat it, it definitely was not cinnamon raisin. They put it thru the toaster once, which doesn’t toast it. Just heats it up. Too much cream cheese. It all oozes out and all over my hands. What a disappointment and mess.

Crappy place. Very disorganized inside. You walk in and have no clue where the line is or what’s going on. Just people standing around muddled. Customer service is poor as well. Long waits for food, you have no clue when they call you. Just not good at all. Prices are higher than other bagel spots as well. Avoid if possible.

I think i should stop coming here. Use to be so good but now everytime i order, my sandwich continues to suck… paid a whole .75 cents to add butter to my roll with bacon and eggs and for the third time, no butter was added. Also asked for salt and pepper on the eggs while cooking but a large amount of salt and pepper was added onto the bread where the butter should have been … I really miss the sandwiches i use to get from here. Use to make my Saturday mornings so great but now I’m just disappointed… I think I’ve learned my lesson.

Absolutely love this place but everytime I ask if I can get avocado on my bagel I can’t but have had my sister and my mother order the same exact thing and they make it for them. Super odd, I’m a regular almost every couple days. I’m there every weekend no doubt. Bagel shop was empty when I went in there this morning. Takes a couple extra seconds to leave a customer satisfied. Will be driving farther down the road from now on.
