After placing my order, the confirmation clearly stated that it would be ready in 40 minutes — this was not an automatic generic message, but specifically written in the order details.
When I went to pick it up 50 minutes later placed the order, it was not ready. I asked a staff member where online orders should be picked up and was told to go to a room further inside. That area was extremely crowded, with customers lining up in front of the door, and it was very unclear where to stand.
When I finally reached the pickup area, there were no completed orders on the shelves, and several customers were waiting. The staff appeared to be working very slowly despite the heavy volume. When I tried to make eye contact to ask about my order, one employee avoided eye contact and quickly walked away.
In the end, I waited about an hour with no progress, which was a complete waste of my time. After 1 hour and 20 minutes from placing the order, I left and called to cancel — only to be told it was just being made at that moment.
If the store cannot manage the volume, they should not continue accepting online orders. The overall experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning.

Great place to grab food while in Athens! We stopped in for breakfast and it didn’t disappoint! The menu includes a large selection of bagel sandwich options, salads and even desserts. Definitely worth stopping at when in town!

I love that they have a ton of vegetarian and vegan options. It’s probably one of the largest selections I’ve seen! They recommended the Nature Nurture on an asiago bagel and it was delicious! I Iiked it so much I went back a second time in just one week. Their iced green tea is also amazing. It tastes like maybe it’s a blend of mint and green tea, but whatever it is I love it.

Wonderful bagel sandwiches AND ice water!!! I had the Ritter’s meat, with sprouts and of course, a jalapeño cheddar bagel (for some added zip!). The service, ambience and food were top notch. Highly recommend!!!

As a staple here in Athens, I love this place. They have an incredible selection of bagels, and I’ve never been disappointed in them. I know my friends love this place as hangover food after a long night of drinking. But I say it’s great anytime.
Edit: Ordered breakfast here the other day. I got an Abe Froman on an asiago cheese bagel with pepper jack cheese. It’s big, hot, filling, and absolutely delicious.
I’ll be back anytime I can.

Loved this place, workers were very nice and my bagels were absolutely delicious. I loved the atmosphere and didn’t mind the short wait to get my food. Very filling & great! Loved the menu & the originality of the whole place. I would definitely go back here again and again. Has something for anyone especially in a family of two vegetarians and one meat eater. Absolutely Perfect!!

Bagels here are always delicious, can be a little pricey at times but definitely worth it for flavor. I haven’t had a bad bagel yet but the byob option is a good choice if you aren’t sure what to get. Personally I enjoy their tuna bagels for lunch and a breakfast style bagel in the morning (naturally). Service is fast and always served with the smile.

This place is GREAT! A great menu that can be overwhelming at first. Great tasting bagels with great condiments and extras. They are always consistent tasting and always pile in the toppings. Their online ordering system is phenomenal. Nice company! Keep up the good work! A must when in Athens.
