I placed my order through DoorDash and when I chose the gourmet cheddar bagel there was no additional fee applied. So why was this note on my receipt?!!!
When I called to express my concerns and disappointment of this note, no apology was given. The lady told me they used please and thank you so it was not “rude”. The issue is NOT with the customer but with DoorDash and the options that we are given when we make an order! I deserve an apology!

Order online to avoid any mix-ups or confusion. My favorite is lox with spinach with bagel substituted by roll at no extra charge. Inside store atmosphere is dark and cluttered – take out is best way to go!

Unfortunately, this was my first and last visit. While I was there, the employee behind the counter was laughing with the manager during a phone call with a customer—apparently over a mistake where they forgot to include part of the customer’s order. Shortly after, she got my own order wrong as well. Definitely not the kind of service I expect or would return for.

Bagel was fresh, cream cheese was delicious, salmon, pepper corns, and tomato made a perfect bagelwich! Yes, it is worth it! Staff is always pleasant.

My experience was tainted with bad customer service and attention to cleanliness. One person in my group received a chocolate chip bagel with a large piece of yarn baked into it. Baked in.
My meal was custom, a plain bagel with avocado, cucumber, and salt and pepper. This is a sandwich I make often myself and have ordered in various other cafes. My sandwich was inedible. I realized my mistake in not asking for more seasoning. So I asked the staff for seasoning and was offered cream cheese… not the same.
After realizing they do not offer other seasonings I asked for a refund because I had been very hungry and for a bagel costing $14.20, I was not satisfied with my purchase. I also only took two bites.
In summary, I will not be attending a bagel Street cafe again, I have never heard of someone being dissatisfied with service and denied a refund. I am not one to request a refund for food and service, but this has to be done.

I got the bagel street special + blended coffee but this place is pretty expensive because those two items totaled to $20. It took around 10-15 mins to get my items and one person ahead of me in the queue, pretty decently average wait time.
It might be ok if you’re planning to spend the day working there in the cafe but otherwise seems overpriced. Not sure if they have outlets or WiFi but I saw some others with laptops there.
