stopped in here by chance, figured I’d try out their bagels. seriously, these were probably the best bagels i’ve had in quite a while. everything a bagel should be; large, slightly crunchy outside, yeasty and airy inside. great flavor and texture. and cheap! $1.20 ea, but half price after 1pm! I haven’t tried every local bagel joint, but this has to be one of the best.

Only giving 2 ⭐️⭐️ even though I don’t always have an issue when visiting. I usually come pretty early in the morning though(around 6:30am), so almost never anyone there. Visited today at around 10:15am. Only wanted to get 2 bagels with nothing on them. 3 ladies behind the counter. 3 customers waiting on orders & 1 family waiting to place an order. When I walked in 1 of the ladies told me if I wanted to order, the line was to my right (but I already knew that as I usually come in around 3 times a week). When I told her I wasn’t ordering anything, she never asked what I wanted. Waited about 10 minutes for anyone to even ask what I wanted. After I told them, I waited about another 5 before another lady asked again what I wanted & put the 2 bagels in a bag. Then I waited another couple minutes to pay cause 1 lady was ringing up a guy that came in after me but placed an online order (understandable). This is not the 1st time I’ve waited for just a couple bagels with nothing on them when there are 2 or 3 ladies behind the counter & not ridiculously busy. 1 of the ladies should be helping customers just getting bagels in a bag or lottery or such.

I usually get their awesome pork roll, egg and cheese on a roll but I also grabbed a ham, provolone, onions with mayo and oil/vinegar on a roll yesterday. I didn’t get to eat it till today and like my sammies at room temp. I nuked it for like 10 seconds a half and…damn it was good.

I ordered 3 bakers dozen of assorted bagels and cream cheese for my daughter’s baby shower this past weekend a few days ahead and I didn’t think they would be able to help, they accepted the order with short notice, the lady who took the order was very nice and helpful, and the order was ready when picked up! On top of that, the bagels were fresh and delicious! The best bagels around, still! Thank you to the Bagel Shack for your help!

First two visits were good. Quality bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Called ahead to order which saves a lot of time. Third time there, I couldn’t call in the order as their phone was busy. No customers at counter, just 2 employees cooking and talking. One said “what can I get ya hon?” friendly, cool. I tell her my order and the other employee, that had been giving me a side-eye stink stare pipes up with “ya gotta order over there ” while pointing at an “Order Here” sign 3 feet my right. Really? If both of my legs worked better (using a cane) it wouldn’t have been as annoying as it was. Just hit me as rude and I just turned and left. Don’t need that level of dbag that early in the morning. I’m visiting family for 2 months and would have been stopping here almost daily. Their loss (of money), I found another place.
