This has been my deli for 20 years. I love the ladies who work there, they are alway so friendly and willing to have a small chat with you. Plus, I know the bagels are brought fresh from New York everyday and they will load you up on the cream cheese! Bagel Shack > Bagel House any day of the week.

I was a little hungrier than normal so I asked for them to put a few home fries on my bacon egg and cheese. YUM. Highly Recommend this. PERFECT DELICIOUS SANDWICH for my really hungry appetite. A+++

I called and placed my order. Lady that picked up the phone had the “I just woke up voice” but was not rude just straight to the point.
( we ordered at 7am)
I ordered a BEC on plain bagel for my wife and a BEC with peppers & onions breakfast burrito.
My Wife said her sandwich was good.
The burrito was very good. Don’t let the size fool you. I was thinking ohh this burrito is small but it packs a punch because I am FULL.
The price was perfect for both sandwich.
$4.68 for breakfast burrito
$4.49 for bagel sandwich.
This mom and pop store is a Gem in Pburg !

French toast bagel was a huge let down. Pretty much a plain bagel with a hint of maple. Cream cheese was like a cold brick. Bacon was also a let down. Very thin and incredibly crispy.. didn’t even seem like “real” bacon. 2 older women gave off rude vibes.. younger lady was nice !

Only giving 2 ⭐️⭐️ even though I don’t always have an issue when visiting. I usually come pretty early in the morning though(around 6:30am), so almost never anyone there. Visited today at around 10:15am. Only wanted to get 2 bagels with nothing on them. 3 ladies behind the counter. 3 customers waiting on orders & 1 family waiting to place an order. When I walked in 1 of the ladies told me if I wanted to order, the line was to my right (but I already knew that as I usually come in around 3 times a week). When I told her I wasn’t ordering anything, she never asked what I wanted. Waited about 10 minutes for anyone to even ask what I wanted. After I told them, I waited about another 5 before another lady asked again what I wanted & put the 2 bagels in a bag. Then I waited another couple minutes to pay cause 1 lady was ringing up a guy that came in after me but placed an online order (understandable). This is not the 1st time I’ve waited for just a couple bagels with nothing on them when there are 2 or 3 ladies behind the counter & not ridiculously busy. 1 of the ladies should be helping customers just getting bagels in a bag or lottery or such.
Also, read the reviews about the rude lady with the brownish hair. They are dead on. Not my personal experience because I would put her in her place & tell her she can keep her & walk out. But I’ve seen her being rude to most customers. Not looking to get anyone in trouble or fired but she should be talked to and if it doesn’t help give her an ultimatum. She’s hurting your business. Turning people away.
The only lady who’s always friendly is the older lady with the curly gray hair. Never has an attitude with anyone.
The owner says he cares & wants to improve & make customers happy, but obviously not because the rude lady has been there for at least 6 – 9 months or more & she hasn’t been put in her place yet.
