I don’t normally write reviews but I had such a great experience here. They extremely busy and still took the time to talk to my 2 year old and give her a cookie on them. This is why I will always keep coming to bagel palace. A true hometown bagel shop. The best food and the kindest owners and employees. Highly recommend!

I’m so excited to see another fine Bagel Shop by Craig the owner. Personally I think the bagels at Bagel Palace are the best around. They are nice in size and really baked to the point where you can smell the aromas of flavor from the garlic! They also offer some nice bakery items as well and a coffee station.
Today I usual, everything bagel (cooked dark) with butter and my wife had her bagel with the chicken salad which see said was a 10!!
I always go to the store on cty rd 111 when heading that way but note when I head west towards Patchogue, I make it a point to stop at this new location.

I wish that I could give this place 0 stars but I can’t. Yesterday I ordered 5 bagels, spent $37, I get home one of my orders is messed up and missing avocado & I am actually missing an entire bagel. I call back & the kid who took my order tells me that they recognize the mistake & will remake my bagels on the house. I send my father back to go pick them up & the owner gives my father such an attitude and a song and a dance over rectifying THEIR MISTAKE. She did not want to give a refund for the avocado that we were charged for and was giving a problem to remake the order that THEY messed up. This is disgusting & outrageous because we have to make a trip there TWICE for THEIR mistake, but then tried to make it our problem. I will never come back here ever again, & will tell everyone that I know about this terrible experience. It’s a shame that they’re willing to lose customers (especially when we are patrons of both of their Manorville locations) but it’s the unfortunate result of greed, incompetence, & a rude attitude. Here’s a tip: you never argue with a customer.

Gave me the wrong sandwich. Didn’t care, made a new one but had no care. Poor quality sandwich, egg sloppy and chopped in pieces, an over expensive trash sandwich with a micro apple juice and a tiny cup for tea/water. I Do Not Recommend this worthless place.

I’m shocked by the reviews here , I don’t even live in the area but whenever I’m in town I come and get a bagel here. The flagels in my opinion are hands down the best in Long Island ! Lightly toasted

The food is good, but the prices are wild my guy. I got an onion bagel with veggie cream cheese and a large coffee like 20 minutes ago and it was 11$. The girl said she charged me full for the coffee instead of the upcharge for it when you get a bagel, but a 5$ coffee is a little excessive. The bagel was 4.95 according to their board so… ♀️

I’ve been to this location a handful of times. It’s a really well-done place and the breakfast sandwiches are fire, but the times I’ve tried getting hero sandwiches and stuff like that, it’s been really underwhelming. Thinnest sandwich ever. And there have been a few times when the coffees were either empty or under temp; I’m talking mid-morning, not like right before closing or anything.

Food was horrible. I ordered a bacon,ham,1 egg white with cheese on a roll and homefries. The egg white was soo thick I could of made 4 egg sandwiches with it.the cheese dripped clean off the sandwich so I was left with meat thick egg whites on a soggy roll.the homefries were raw hard potatoes with no flavor.i do not recommend this place to anyone.
