I’ve been coming here for a while because the bagels used to be thick, fresh, and packed with toppings. It was my go-to treat when I had a little extra to spend and it always felt worth it.
Lately though, the bagels have been noticeably smaller, and they forgot my sprouts this time. It might seem small, but things have just felt off more than once now. Skimpier toppings, missing ingredients… I don’t know if something changed behind the scenes, but I’m hoping this isn’t the new normal.
I still want to support this place, I’ve had such good experiences here before,but I just miss the way things used to be.
Maybe I just need to ask for it a different way? I love my southwest turkey ❤️

After posting my review, I was contacted by Jessica, the manager, and I really appreciated her taking the time to reach out. She let me know that they’re currently training new staff, which explains the changes I noticed in portion sizes and toppings. She also kindly offered me a replacement, which honestly meant a lot — especially since this spot has always felt like a special treat for me.
I still wanted to leave up my original experience for context, but I’m really grateful for the care and customer service I received afterward. Thanks again, Jessica, for clarifying things and for taking the time to make it right!

These bagels are good. I would stick to just a bagel and cream cheese next time as I wasn’t a fan on the orange juice, or the added eggs. (I got a jalapeno bagel with cream cheese and two eggs.)

This was the first breakfast we ever had in AZ after moving here. At the time the staff wasn’t my favorite. I just came in today and was so pleased with the service I received. The gentleman that helped me was so sweet and helpful. When I asked for my dozen bagels to be cut, he was more than happy to oblige. The Sonoran is my son and husband’s favorite. I like the Arizona classic. My youngest likes the Wildcat sandwich. The poppy seed bagels are chock full of poppy seeds the way I like it.

Everything was great. I ordered a pick up order using the app. It was quick and easy now that it has been fixed that you can specify how many of each bagel you want. I however did order a chive and veggie cream cheese and received a chive and plain. I didn’t know this until I got my order home since they box it up and the box can be complicated to put back together. My receipt even said chive and veggie.

Let me tell you. Been eating at Bagel Nosh since 1997. Different owners, different experiences. But today. Wow. Great bagels, large, not those small things. Got the lox. Wonderful. Plenty of lox, cream cheese. And they have spruced up the atmosphere. Went Saturday morning. Busy, busy, busy and they had plenty of staff. Order came out quickly. Excellant experience. Give it a 10.
