Never one to leave a bad review but I can’t let this go unsaid. The service and quality is garbage. I called ahead to place my order yet they threw the turkey bacon on the grill when I arrived for pick up. Thankfully, he made the sandwiches fairly quick so I just let it slide although this wasn’t the first time that happened. Not sure why this happened because it was actually dead and not at all busy… that is until a line began to form with people waiting for them to finish my order which should’ve just been ready for pickup like they’d said it would be over the phone. I arrived approximately 15 minutes after I made the phone call which is exactly how long they said it would take. Like I said I let it go because he was quick I arrived home to eat my lunch and both the sandwiches I purchased were sad to say the least. It was now clear to me how he was able to make them so quickly. To serve this (photos attached) is plain lazy and disrespectful.
I ordered a turkey bacon egg and cheese on a toasted roll with SP. Mine had no salt or pepper. It was flat and flimsy. My sister ordered a toasted egg everything bagel with scallion cream cheese, bacon, and tomato. Hers had ice cold, clumpy bacon shoved onto half of the bagel, cream cheese on only about 3/4 and tomato on only half of the bagel. Both mine and my sister’s sandwiches were not toasted. The phone call was clear, concise and there were no miscommunications. For the order to be so awfully screwed up is absolutely baffling to say the least. They did refund us, but this isn’t the first time it happened, just the first time we’re not giving them the benefit of the doubt. They’ve topped themselves this time and although we’re long time customers, we cannot continue to come here. Super unfortunate because they’re the most conveniently located and they’re also one of the only deli’s selling yerba mate. I hope this will urge them to do better for future customers and that they can grow as a business from this. please note it takes a lot for me to leave such a review!

Seriously they have the BEST vegan/dairy free cream cheese! I have a milk allergy so I really appreciate them having not one, but TWO vegan cream cheese options of plain and veggie. Go to order is a bacon and egg bagel with vegan veggie cream cheese

Hello,
I haven’t been to this restaurant in about a year. I had a taste for some breakfast and I even picked up lunch. Unfortunately the store fell short on providing fresh food. I ordered a honey turkey sandwich from the menu and this is what I received on the sandwich. Old dried bacon that looks like it’s been sitting for hours. I couldn’t enjoy the meal entirely so it was thrown out. Hopefully the store can see this and move forward into providing quality food to consumers. Thanks!

Usually, I call in to place large orders for bagels and they’re filled with no issues. Today I called in at 7:30 AM for an order of 10 plain, eight egg, and six egg everything bagels. Whoever I talked to on the phone said sure no problem.I go to pick up my order and they said that there haven’t been any plane or egg everything bagels since 6 AM. Extremely disappointed and now I have to spend more time trying to find bagels at a worse place really disappointed

My wife’s Bacon Egg and Cheese cane out with unmelted cold cheese, but the bacon chips were Burnt pieces of gristle.
I requested my coffee to have extra cream to cool it off so I do not burn my mouth, it came super hot.
We also ask for Salt & Pepper but never get any. And our sandwich rolls Never have Poppy Seeds like everyone else? Discrimination???
My swivel seat is Not comfortable because I have to Wedge myself into the seat and table!

This place has amazing selection of bagels, huge variety of cream cheeses, and tasty coffee. Open at 5a, ready for the road warriors. But get here quick, that morning rush is no joke.

Started off great, went 4 times a week, but something happened. They started hiring HS kids that just don’t care. My well done potato cakes are mushy and cold stuffed into Tupperware, bagels sometimes have enough cream cheese to cover my fingernail and there too busy talking to actually help customers on the phone or in person. HS gossip is important I guess. Not my first time with the food being underdone either, its been the last 5 times. I’m now just done. Beautiful building, needs to be restaffed before I go back.
