We used to be regulars here for our family bagels however since this new owner took over there has been mold on the cream cheese that we had to point out the the employee. The owner is always yelling at her employees and is rude to customers when that have anything bad to say. The flavored cream cheese doesn’t have a rich flavor like it used so it seems she is also cutting the quality. Bagels haven’t seemed fresh in the morning either. Also, prices keep going up while the value and quality of the food continues to go down. Some people just shouldn’t run an eatery.

Meena (the owner) is awesome and her food is amazing! She’s very nice and understanding.. even with complicated orders. Her deli/cafe has a wide variety of foods. Breakfast, lunch and even dinner orders. Even when it’s busy, it’s never too long of a wait. Great place to go if you’re in a rush or if you want to sit down and eat. It’s the only only deli I go to in the area, since she’s opened up!

Horrible customer service. Placed an order for pickup. Arrived, and not one person asked to help me, nor could I get anyone’s attention. Waited 15 minutes before walking out. Store was empty when I walked in and packed by the time I walked out.
