First time visit… So glad to see a bagel shop here in Casa grande… Fresh to order bagels and so many choices… Greeted by a warm and friendly staff… Marissa helped us with our first order… I had a bagel whole wheat bagel with avocado, and my wife had a cinnamon raisin with cream cheese toasted… And the coffee was so fresh you could almost here the beans being ground in the kitchen to make this fresh cup of coffee… The flavor of the bagels are straight out of the oven fresh… And as I mentioned, the coffee is fresh and flavorful as well… I’ll put up a few pictures of what you can order as the variety of coffees and drinks are plentiful… As well as plenty of bagel types… But some days you have to come early if you have a favorite… As they go fast… Love the staff they’re so warm and friendly and very helpful… A great addition to the Casa grande area.

If you haven’t been here yet (they are coming up on their 1 year anniversary) put this on your list for breakfast/brunch. Tried this place for the very first time and I’m gonna give you my honest opinion as I sat there and watched my food be made as I do every place I’ve been for the first time. When that option is available, of course. I noticed that the ladies had gave my bagel to the wrong customer after noticing it, I heard the customers say oh wow I didn’t know. I ordered this as they opened up and enjoyed the bagel, which was fine mistakes happen but the courtesy of letting the customer know. Hey, your bagel is gonna be a little longer than expected would’ve been nice When I got to the cash register. There was no real greeting. No one asked me if it was my first time experiencing the bagel house if I was familiar with the menu as I received my bagel, the lady gave me the excuse that they had to make more eggs. I told her OK and I walked out as I got to my car. I proceeded to open my bagel nothing fancy to it, but I did realize that my bagel is missing. It’s cream cheese. The egg had no salt, no pepper no type of seasoning just a plain egg. The egg was also a runny yolk. I preferred my eggs to be well done I didn’t know I had the option to say well done or runny. overall, if you’re gonna give this place a shot, I suggest you take your time even if you feel rush and make sure your order is done correctly and to the people that work here just be more friendly as people in casa grande spinning our hard earned money in our town it’s what’s gonna make our town thrive and customer courtesy is what’s gonna bring business I will be back because I always give second chances and I’m hoping for a better experience next time happy holidays

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! My Aunt and I showed up a little after 1pm, and they only had a couple bagels left. The owner asked if we didn’t mind waiting, she would make whatever we want. My Aunt had an Asiago with avocado spread and I had a cinnamon crunch bagel with honey walnut spread. And oh my, so worth the wait. It was hands down the best bagel I have ever had! My Aunt loved hers too. The coffee was also amazing. My #1 new favorite spot when visiting Casa Grande. If you expand, please come to Tucson first! Great service too!! I can’t forget to mention that! Above and beyond!

I ordered the classic Everything Bagel with Lox and Cream Cheese.
If they do awesome stuff with this m they can almost always get the results you need for every other bagel order.
My hot mocha was also top notch.
Highly recommend this brand new business. Ribbon cutting was just a few months ago in March 2025.

Service was great, first of all. Greeted with a smile, delivered my drink right to my table, helped me out with the WiFi password.
I got the sesame bagel with lox. I’m a New Yorker originally and my expectations aren’t exactly low. But let me tell you, this was one of the best bagel and lox sandwiches I’ve ever had. Lox was fresh and tasty, no brown spots, not too salty, just the right amount of (delicious) cream cheese, nice thin slice of tomato, and even capers! And the bagel itself was pretty darn good! I was very impressed!
The cold brew coffee was also outstanding. Fresh, smooth, no bitterness.
I even found an outlet by my table to plug in my phone.

I LOVE BAGEL HOUSE! My girlfriend and I go every Tuesday morning after the kids go to school! They offer gluten free bagels and their variety on everything else is awesome! Coffee is fantastic too! Just cant go wrong here. Staff is friendly and owner is so sweet. If youre looking for an awesome small business, look no further.

This place was good. A good variety of bagel, shmear, add ons, and coffee choices. I had a Jalapeño cheese bagel with jalapeno cream cheese shmear and egg, bacon, and cheese. Brown sugar shakes latte with oat milk. Everything was good and fast service. If you make your order basic your food will be basic. And if you come in during the morning rush to work expect to wait a bit. Personally I think it’s better than Starbucks and more affordable. I like to support local and this place doesn’t disappoint. Staff was friendly and has handicapped parking and access too. I observed a variety of customers from teenagers to older coming in. I will be back try it out.

Got to check out Bagel House actually through my apartment when they catered a breakfast we had last month. From the moment I took a bite of their everything Bagel and their cream cheese I was overwhelmed by the many flavors and freshness of the combo of the Bagel and cheese! I love that the cream cheese was super creamy and cool. I decided I had to experience this again and went and got an Everything Bagel toasted with garden cream cheese. Wow! Again another amazing exprerience. And on top of this the customer service was great. It was a little slow as it was busy, so have patience as it is worth the wait! Thank you for some amazing bagels! I will be back!

Our favorite place for breakfast! We love in coolidge so the drive to casa grande is worth it. Bagels are perfect soft and chewy on the inside and just the right amount of crisp on the outside. Service is great never a bad experience everyone is always very nice and accommodating. The drinks are superb as well way better than Starbucks! I superb give this place 10 stars if I could.
