Bagels are so good to be true. Very soft , it just melts in your mouth. They apply generous filling too. The service is fast and perfect. Love. coming here each time. Opens early at 6.. easy to grab and go if in rush to the catch the train at princeton junction. They have more options to eat other than just bagels..

Absolutely obsessed with this bagel place. The bagels are perfectly chewy on the inside with just the right crisp on the outside—clearly fresh and made with care. The flavors are on point, whether you go classic or try something more creative, and the spreads are generous and delicious. Staff is super friendly and keeps things moving even when it’s busy. If I was asked to provide a title for this review, I would call it “Skimpy and Cheap.”
I grew up in New York, so I know a good bagel and, more importantly, a good bagel sandwich.
Unfortunately, you won’t get a good bagel sandwich here.
I am not from this area, but I had an appointment out this way and was very hungry when I got out of the office. So, I stopped in for an egg sandwich and coffee. Big mistake.
The bagel was not bad, but the sandwich was, as I said, “skimpy.” Don’t take my word for it, check out my photo of an egg white, cheese and bacon sandwich (photo). Not much there, right?
I had a small coffee, too and, was told it would be 9 dollars and change, but when I went to pay, the cashier woman said “no, it would be $11 and change. I see that another reviewer also mentioned the same fast talking woman. Hmm.
When I took the sandwich and coffee to a table to eat, I found nothing — no salt, pepper, catchup, sugar or anything else. You have return to the counter to get some of those annoying packets of condiments that the same woman carefully counts out for you.
And, then, for the final insult — when I ask for a refill of my coffee, she says “No Refills.”

I ordered two “Taylor Ham Egg & Cheese on everything bagels”. After leaving, I discovered they gave me regular ham & cheese. We went back to mention the mistake and were willing to pay for a new order, but the person kept insisting we made the mistake originally and said “ham and cheese”. I guess we should have said “pork roll” but bagel shops should understand that they’re the same. Very poor service!

We went here to assess the quality of their plain bagel with plain cream cheese compared to other bagel shops in the area. The bagel was too soft, lacking a crust, and had a strange aftertaste. Service, however, was good and calling ahead works well. Overall, wouldn’t recommend given the quality of certain other local bagel shops.

Chicken salad on a kaiser, ~$8.00.
The taste was great. The portion of chicken salad I received was most nominal; perhaps 2-3 tablespoons.
I’m a frequent customer.
Update, 2nd chicken salad 6 mo later w/L&T. 9.98 total paying with card. This should be a $5 sandwich.

Who charges $8.75 for ONE bagel. It wasn’t even a special bagel, it was a plain bagel. NO flavor, and also who uses white cheese for a bacon egg and cheese bagel, this is Jersey get it together y’all. I should have stuck with my regular bagel place, my fault for straying away from the usual.

#2 pastrami sandwich is not a good sandwich nor worth the value (about 9 bucks). This sandwich looks like I made it at home not purchased at a Deli. Last thing, they heated my pastrami in the microwave. Enough said!!!!

I live locally and go to this place every now then. The lady at the cashier counter is pretty dishonest, which is why I am leaving this 1 star review. Last three times I’ve been there she has charged me for something different from what I ordered. She’ll make small changes so you may not even notice – like charge you for scallion cream cheese when you ordered plain cream cheese. Then she pretends like she didn’t know what you ordered, gets flustered because she got caught red handed and annoyingly makes the correction. Two other times I’ve paid cash and she has given me incorrect change and then pretended to forget how much cash I gave her – including one time where she told me the wrong amount making me second guess myself. Each time she is quick to correct the mistake like she knows what she is doing all along. If she has this level of temporary amnesia maybe she shouldn’t be working the cash register. My suggestion if you go here is to calculate what you owe for your order – I know sounds ridiculous, but the cashier is busy making a buck here and there. I only go in because I like their Jalapeno bagels, but I will have to reconsider.
