My husband and I are regular customers, we hadn’t been in since the summer and got 2 bagels with meat and egg salad. The egg salad was tasteless and bland, and my husband’s steak was burnt. Like whoever cooked it didn’t clean off the grill. The food was almost inedible. Very disappointing.

It takes over 20 minutes for a simple bacon egg and cheese that used to take 2 minutes. I used to love this place, they always had the best bagels and amazing breakfast sandwiches. Quality of the food has tanked along with the service. Went in and placed a to go order, waited almost 30 minutes. Asked about my sandwich. Turns out it was just sitting there but no one decided to call my name out. It was cold and soggy by this point and I asked for a fresh one, the woman looked at me like I was crazy for even asking so I said never mind I’ll just never come back. Lost a customer for life over a $5 sandwich.

Recently I picked up some bagels for the crew and received negative feedback this time. I was told they were doughy and tasteless. I didn’t try one but I have to believe these guys as they eat a lot of bagels. They did look doughy. Next time I’ll have to try something else for a breakfast treat .

Staff is very nice and polite. They work quickly to get your food done, even when there’s a long line. Everything is fresh, even their bagels are good and airy, not dense like store bought bagels. They will even bring your food to your table if you are eating in.

First time ordering from here. I was asked to hold- of course totally fine. On hold for 7 minutes and could hear everything in the background. The cashier talked to a line of customers and I was patient. I get being busy. When the voices stopped it fell silent. I said hello? ..I sat in silence no one responded to me. They forgot about me. I call back and the woman takes my order right away but then cuts me off mid sentence before I can finish ordering and says see you soon and hangs up. I call back immediately after disconnect and this time I’m put on hold without even being told, just sitting there listening to another line of orders again. At this point half my first half of food will be cold and I’ll have to wait behind 10+ orders before being able to order the second half. After another 7 minutes of listening I gave up, couldn’t even tell her to just cancel it.

Called to place an order 30 minutes before close (I live 2 minutes down the rode) and was greeted by a not so pleasant worker on the phone who told me that they weren’t going to cook anything and had an extremely unnecessary attitude. Why be open if you’re not going to make anything? Just close at 1:30 then, no point in being open if you’re just going to refuse service to customers that want anything other than a cold bagel..

Bagels were delicious! I was visiting a friend at Burt Bacharach Rehab and has time to waste before visiting hours began. I tried this store and was impressed, staff was friendly, prices were reasonable, bagels delicious. I brought some day old to bring home and to share with my hospitalized friend, definitely will visit again.

Been going to this store and the other location on route since they opened years ago. The quality of the Bagels have degraded. The prices have gone up like everything else due to inflation. There is a noticeable difference in the quality of the Bagels that are done on site and apparent Bagels that are bought from a supplier.
