I won’t be coming back! I ordered a dozen bagels and didn’t get what I ordered for the last time!!!! I’m also extremely disappointed with the chocolate chip bagels. I ordered 4 and got 2 which I am annoyed about, however the chocolate chip bagels were also a disappointment. I know chocolate is getting expensive, but I’d like more than 2 chocolate chips in each bagel!! I won’t be back so none of this matters anymore! If I could have given a zero I WOULD HAVE!!! I’ve been coming here for years and in the past year I have not been happy. I live around the corner but will be driving to Northfield from now on!!!

Stopped in because we had some time to kill. Friendly greeting as we came in. Ordering was easy. Coffee was good (Lacas brand). Bagels were fresh, nicely toasted with a perfect amount of cream cheese. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. All in all my new go to spot for a bite when up this way.

Don’t know how the food is because I never got any. I stopped in for a simple order of two everything bagels with cream cheese and a couple slices of ham… Pulled out my debit card. Put it in the machine and the girl behind the counter said to me that’ll be 21.95 you have a better shot of Jesus himself. Falling off the cross then me paying $22 for two bagels… They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves…the best part was when I asked her why it was 22 dollars her response was “well I didn’t even charge you for the cream cheese Just walked out…no stars should be an option

I used to come to this place regularly. It has fallen way off. Ridiculously understaffed and the staff there are miserable. Went in and ordered 3 bagel sandwiches. After 45 minutes and everyone getting their food and leaving before mine. I asked about it and they had no idea where any of the food or ticket was. After waiting again I got 2 of the sandwiches and got an attitude from the worker about the missing 3rd. The food was mid and the service was terrible. There’s plenty of other great bagel shops around. Go there instead.

Last time I went in a couple weeks ago….they gave me my tuna melt inside out. Yesterday I went in and the young kid working the counter told me they couldn’t make a tuna melt even though it was 10:30 and I’ve ordered them at that time before. I look at the case and see the tuna salad and he says “I can make you tuna on a bagel if you want” and I said “if you have the tuna and the bagels and the cheese then you can make a tuna melt that doesn’t even make any sense” and he goes “let me go ask the back it might just be one of those things ya know?” No I don’t know…I’ve worked in food service for years and I don’t know how you can rationalize any of that. He comes back and says he can make it, so I order a tuna melt and home fries. Our food comes about 10 minutes later (was a takeout so we were waiting) and when we get to the car I notice there’s no home fries. When we walked back in there was a woman in front of us coming back in because THEY FORGOT THE LOX ON HER LOX SANDWICH! How do you even do that!? We tell him the home fries are missing and he says he’ll go start them….so you just completely forgot my order the second I said it?
Then a guy came in to order 4 bagels…two plain, one buttered, one with cream cheese, and he was watching him make them and HE DIDNT MAKE A SINGLE BAGEL RIGHT! The man was watching him and was like “no that’s wrong. That’s wrong too.” And finally just took the wrong order…which I wouldn’t have because making 4 bagels isn’t hard at all and he paid for them. The guy left with all the wrong food it was a shame. Then we’re waiting 20 minutes for our home fries, and had to ask multiple times on their progress. He literally kept forgetting about them on the flat top. Then I get home and the home fries are mushy as all hell because he let them go too long, and THERE WAS A HAIR IN THEM! I WAITED 20 MINUTES FOR A HAIR IN MY FOOD! Our takeout order which should’ve taken 10-15 minutes top had us there for 45 minutes and messed up our time frame for the whole rest of the day. ALSO he put my coin change in the tip jar WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME and didn’t deserve it with how horrible the service was. If I paid on my card I’d be calling them today but unfortunately we paid cash. Never going to this location again. Jimmie Leeds road is so much better…service and food wise.

Somehow every experience is bad and the bagels are mediocre. Unfortunately it’s the only damn bagel place besides poppy bagels. Wish we had a north Jersey place down here
