Over priced and under good. As you can see in the picture, the sandwich is very skimpy. They charged me $18 for this (plus small coffee and hash brown). Not good at all. Also, any place that charges a “service fee” should be denied patronage out of principle. The bagel shop diagonal across the street is cheaper/better

I ordered a Bagel with Salmon, but there was almost no salmon at all—just a couple of tiny pieces. They still charged me the full price, which feels like a scam. After this, I looked at their reviews and saw many other customers were also unhappy. Clearly, I’m not the first person to complain about their food and service. Very disappointing place.
I even went back to show them how little salmon was on my bagel, and they told me this is “normal” — only three slices on a bagel. This is not my first time having a salmon bagel, and I know that’s not how it should be.
Stay away from this business.

Bagel was decent. But the cost of a scallion cream cheese and lox bagel is almost X3 what it is at another equally good bagel place across the street with 1/2 of the cream cheese that I’m used to getting on bagels. Good amount of lox though. Good but hard to justify the cost for me.

I got a latte there a few weeks ago and it was pretty bad.. not really a latte tbh, it just tasted like coffee with some milk poured in — it also took a really long time to make for some reason. I can’t seem on the other food since I didnt order any. The place on the other hand is very nice inside and fully stocked. And the staff was friendly.

I had been driving by this place for years and finally stopped by to get a cup of coffee, and to my surprise, l like it so much that I decided to have breakfast. This coffee shop is well lit with comfortable chairs. The prices are reasonable. The Bagles are huge and fresh, and the coffee is not bad. I was served at a reasonable time. See pictures.

After my other bagel place closed down, I auditioned a few and Bagel Factory Café is by far my favorite. They have lots of options of cream cheese, salads, full deli and most importantly delicious bagels. They are large with good chew and a nice crust with many flavor options. Worth an extra few minutes drive in the morning!

Over priced and inconsistent . Why one day I got a sandwich made it was 12 bucks and today I got the same thing but 2 and they charged me for extra meat 5.98 what extra meat. And the guy taking my order was on the phone. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted i wanted the cheese melted he didn’t even do that. Never again

Food is pretty good. BUT It is getting very expensive. Keeps me from coming back. It’s not really worth it anymore. The “service charge” for using a card is always a slap in the face aswell. A breakfast sandwich is around $7-8 which is insane. Regular drinks seem overpriced aswell.
