I really wanted to like this bagel, but it missed the mark. The flavor was pretty bland overall and I don’t know how that was even possible. The poppy seeds were completely overwhelming…so many that they overpowered everything else and made it extremely messy to eat. The texture was fine, but without better seasoning or balance, it just wasn’t enjoyable. Probably wouldn’t order again but would try something else.

This place always hits the spot, i feel like if you are a no nonsense person that wants consistently good food without frills or bloated prices this place is a perfect bet.
The staff are all friendly and normal know a lot of their customers by name . The cook Raheem made me something special today that wasn’t on the menu but killed it first shot..cant say enough good things about this place.

What great little breakfast place. I’ve been looking for a place that serves descent food with great service at a reasonable price and believe I have finally found it. My neighbor told me about this place but I was hesitant the first time I went, thinking that it was diner, but it only has 3-4 tables, so I left. Then one morning I decided, “OK, let’s go check this place out,” after dropping the kids off at school. I was pleasantly surprise that I could get a coffee and a omelette WITH sides and bagel for around $10!!! Try that at the other breakfast joints around here and you’ll be lucky to exit with spending less than $20 for the same thing. Even more surprising was how well it was prepared and the service that you receive. Atmosphere be d@mned, this will be my new go to place for breakfast. Well done Bagel Factory.

We stopped in for a quick bite on our way back home and the bagels were indeed delicious! My husband lox definitely lacked the salmon but otherwise the food was great. The lady working the counter this morning wasnt very friendly though. She may have been having a rough morning but her demeanor was not very welcoming.

Stopped in for breakfast on Easter. Ordered ham and cheese omelette with home fries (crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, so yummy) and my hubby ordered sausage, egg and cheese on Asiago bagel. Food is delicious and service is always friendly and fast!

It’s Tumble Time!
I came to Bagel Factory because my usual bagel place is closed on Mondays (boo). I ordered a bagel sandwich with their garlic and herb cream cheese, a coffee, and a crumb cake. The cashier was pleasant and the sandwich was made relatively quickly. However, I found the sandwich was poorly made: the cream cheese was slumped over to one side and the overdone fried egg to the other. Their bagels themselves are on the bready side, which is to some people’s preference, but with so much soft n moist ingredients I crave a good crunch. By contrast, the crumb cake is very competently made. The flavors pair well with their self-serve coffee, but I warn it has what I find an unpleasant smear of maraschino cherry jam. That might be to your taste, but it wasn’t to mine. I think I’ll get my bagels on Tuesday instead.

We love bagel factory but my boyfriend and I like coming to this one the most. The staff are always incredible, especially Raheem. You can tell he really takes pride in his food and cares about how the customer is experiencing it. I couldn’t recommend this place more if you like good food and nice people.

The little bagel factory with a big heart. With 5 locations and ever growing The Bagel Factory has been baking authentic, made from scratch bagels, baked goods and breakfast/lunch every day. Now with over 17 different bagels, 10 different spreads, a breakfast menu of omelettes, pancakes, French Toast, breakfast wraps and other egg platters. For lunch, hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, paninis, quesadillas, burgers, soups and salads. Daily specials are available Monday thru Friday. This location is pretty basic with an order counter, coffee station, bagel rack and baked good display and 5 cafe style booths in a limited area. This Friday morning business was steady with Nikki keeping the line moving with efficiency and friendly banter from behind the counter. We were able to snag one of the just opened tables and after ordering at the counter soon enjoying our breakfast. The Western Omelette was nicely stuffed with ham, peppers and cheese (no onions), a side of crispy, seasoned Homefries and a cinnamon sugar dipped bagel with brown sugar cream cheese. Bagel was soft with a chewy texture and a good amount of sweet cream cheese. The breakfast was sizable and easily shared by two and very appetizing. Kudos to Nikki for her inviting, welcoming personality and to the very seldom seen and/or recognized crew working in the kitchen. Thanks for an enjoyable dining experience. Will need to come again.

Subject: Disheartened by Recent Changes at My Former Favorite Bagel Store

I must express my profound disappointment with the recent transformation at the bagel factory I’ve cherished for the past five years. Ever since the change in ownership, the quality of service and product has plummeted to an alarming low.

Gone are the days of generously slathered cream cheese on their once-delicious bagels. Now, they arrive nearly barren, leaving a noticeable void that used to be filled with flavorful spreads. It’s disheartening to witness such a blatant neglect of an integral aspect that defined their offerings.

Moreover, the staff’s attitude has taken a sharp turn for the worse. The warmth and friendliness that once made the experience memorable have been replaced by a palpable rudeness that leaves a sour taste in my mouth. It’s astonishing how quickly a once-thriving establishment can lose sight of what made it special.

I find myself hesitating to return, weighed down by the sad reality that a place I held in high regard has succumbed to a decline in quality and customer care. The new ownership has failed to honor the legacy of this bagel factory, and as a long-time patron, I am deeply disheartened by the stark contrast between then and now
