They have a very good ratio when it comes to their bacon egg and cheese The bagel was toasted to perfection but not only that the bagel itself was immaculate. Always from scratch

Every time I go into this establishment I am greeted with nothing but kindness and cheer. All of the food they have is always top tier and top quality freshness each day. The staff is a joy to see each day and I look forward to each experience I have there they keep it 100 everytime. It’s also the perfect pick me up on a rainy day or after a tough day of school/work. Definitely check it out!!!

My second visit here wasn’t quite as good as the first. Bagel with lox spread was pricey for the amount of cream cheese. The bagel was excellent. Service was reasonably quick but a bit mechanical. There are a couple of tables outside and a few tables inside, and bar areas to sit.

My husband and I stopped in when we were passing through town. The menu is confusing with barely any prices listed. I had to repeat my order 3 times to two different people. We spent almost $20 for a bagel with butter and a light spread of cream cheese & a chicken cutlet sandwich, add cheese and bacon. There wasn’t even a tablespoon of cream cheese on my entire bagel and they conveniently forgot the bacon which we paid $2.75 to add to the sandwich. They also added on ingredients he explicitly didn’t ask for on his sandwich. We liked the texture of the bagels but there’s a lot better places in the state.

Really good bagel! We got the spicy everything with olive cream cheese. Cream cheese was a winner and the bagel had a nice lingering spice, although it was lacking seasoning compared to most everything bagels. Nice and chewy though. Would recommend.

We wanted to give this bagel shop a chance but the bagels were pretty tasteless. Bacon was rubbery along with the pre cooked egg that went with it. It was a busy place so I’m sure my review will fall on deaf ears but it falls in place with the rest of the eating establishments in Newtown, sub-par.

Buyer beware we were charged $20 today for two bagels one with cream cheese and one with egg. No prices listed and no receipt was offered. Bagels were ok—very little cream cheese on the bagel and the bagel with egg was dry. Nothing to write home about. The man next in line was charged an extraordinary amount for a cookie out of the case. Again, no prices posted. Will not go back.

Needed some breakfast/lunch passing through CT on I-84 and found this place easy off/on the highway. My first time there plus had my wife and 3 kids.
What a great family run business. The owner Eunice is on the register and is the sweetest person. Her son Tim is taking orders, helping make food, and was super friendly making you feel like family.
Service is relatively quick, but as a customer one must understand that good quality and fresh product may take a little extra time. There was a decent line when we came in so you know it must be good stuff here.
The bagels are large and quite soft inside. Fresh whipped cream cheese with a variety of flavors. Sandwiches were outstanding! Definitely coming back when passing through the area again.
