I love this place! The owner is very friendly. We come here often for gluten free bagels. There is nowhere else in the area to order a plain gluten free bagel, let alone a taylor ham egg and cheese! Lots of good toppings and drinks, too.

This place was extremely clean. Good service and fast response time. People were reasonably polite and I got what I wanted. Received a 2 ain bagels with CC and it was good. I did think my bagel was a little pail in color then I like it but it tasted good and it didn’t stick to my teeth. I would go back when I am in the area.

Amazing place Amazing owner and staff. Amazing food …… The customer service here is above and beyond any bagel shop I’ve been too. The owner takes pride in this place and it shows. From the quality ingredients they use like boars head bacon to the fact that their ice cubes used in the ice coffee are actually made out of coffee(as to not water it down). I first came here a short while after they opened and I noticed the difference instantly.

We used to be regulars, but the quality control is awful! I ordered a dozen bagels and found a small eyelash looking hair baked into the bagel, and then upon further digging to get another bagel..found a long hair in the bottom of the bag. Thankfully this time, the person agreed to give me a refund. Really disappointing, as it was our go to spot.

I have stopped by the Bagel City Grille several times while I have been in the area for some job training and have always been satisfied. Today I went with a simple everything bagel with their lox spread, and their lox spread is some of the best I’ve had. A fruit smoothie complimented my bagel today.

Not very crowded, good bagels, plenty of options, quick service, fancy sandwich options for lunch. This is the best quick breakfast option in this neighborhood. You can tell the owner and the staff take a lot of pride in this place and it shows.
