They have left the front door open in the freezing cold, so it’s cold in here. My table was filthy, covered with egg yolks when I sat down to eat. The place smells like cigarettes. The “hashbrowns” were prepackaged, deep-fried potato puck, pretty disappointing. There are no outlets where you could charge your computer or your phone. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Not sure where the 4.3 star average came from. This place is not great. Got a taylor egg and cheese. The taylor ham was burned, more than bacon is usually. # micro thin slices, charred black. Bagel is small and doughy. Looks like bagels are machine made, not hand rolled. Unfortunately did not see until i got home. Never going back. Yuck.

The workers of Bagel Chateau are so kind and genuine. I was passing through Madison and stopped by the hidden treasure. I was originally just looking for a caramel coffee. The kind gentlemen was able to make me the most delicious caramel latte I’ve ever had. They were so kind and friendly, I ordered a yummy bagel as well. They told me that they prepare everything to each person’s liking and if you don’t like it, they’ll fix it no problem. They truly treat you like family. So glad I decided to stop in!

I’m not sure why anyone would come to this place. I’ve seen my fair share of pork roll and cheeses but this might be the first time there was more cheese than pork roll!!! I dont know how or why anyone would cut pork roll this thin and then have the audacity to call it a “pork roll and cheese” lololol. It’s actually a joke.
