Would have left it at 1 star but since the owner wants to show their lack of maturity. Most recent and last experience the bagels were stale, and seemed left over from a previous day. Customer service was lacking and not very friendly at all. This is to both myself and others in the store at the same time.

High quality bagels, which is the bottom line. Customer service does seem to have gone down somewhat since the new owners took over, and I was pretty disappointed to learn that you don’t get a bakers dozen (13) anymore….. That being said, you can’t beat the convenience of location (if you’re in SPF) and quality

Today I ordered a bagel there was several hairs on it (look like someone must’ve had a fresh cut like beard hairs) so I took it back and ask for a refund . More nastier than the hairs on my bagel was his attitude because I wanted a refund and not another bagel

I love the bagels here. Options to find good bagels outside of NYC are less, and this place does outstanding job for such offering. Only thing is they don’t take cards, which is okay for me. Their food and service is amazing, staff is courteous and friendly, and my fav breakfast spot.

I usually stop for a super cinnamon bagel once or twice a week. Since new owner took over last week I got a shock when I went to pay for my bagel. It went from $2.75 to $4.85. Thats crazy. For an extra quarter I could stop in the diner by work and buy a Pork Roll, Egg & Cheese. I won’t be stopping here any longer.

I often pick up bagels here on the weekend after a race or run. The service is great and the staff are very friendly. My two favorite bagels there are the blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese and sun dried tomato bagel with olive cream cheese.
