Friendly and quick service but I agree with other reviewers that the bagels taste more like sandwich bread than bagels. I had the Turkey club which was good but the bagel left something to be desired. Chai latte was good.

Good bagels. Really bad customer service. They have a really bad attitude towards customers in general. And they can’t even follow basic instructions. I asked for a doble toasted bagel and they barely even toasted it. They either need be trained or hire new staff that are fluent bilingual.

This is the second occasion I to bagel cafe around 6:30 pm and see the sign show they close at 7:00 pm, but am met with workers cleaning and sending customers away such as myself and others I have seen experience this as well. My question is, do they close at 6:30 or 7:00?

I am normally a big fan of this place. I came all the way from Merced today to get a fruit tart for a special occasion, only to check it once I got home to a bunch of MOLDY fruit! The cream cheese was also really stiff, so who knows how long it had been sitting out for. I had eaten some of the fruit before I discovered Definitely it went bad and it made me sick. I will be extremely wary about coming back here in the future, if I come back at all.

I ordered a pesto bagel with cream cheese. These are not New York Jewish Bagels. This looked like a Bagel, but the dough was more like a hamburger bun with a hole in it. The pesto was not baked in, it was spread on with the cream cheese. It tasted good but this was not what I would call a real bagel. It may be a cultural thing, maybe these folks have never had a real bagel from NYC or Philadelphia and they saw a photo and said I could make that. on a positive note, this bagel would make a great sandwich. It tasted good. It is just more like bread than the Bagels a native Philly Or New York City person grew up with.
