Contrary to many other reviews. My experience here was great. Staff was attentive and courteous. I got a veggie omelet with an everything bagel. Bagel was really good. Everything was fresh and prepared well.

I stopped going to this bagel place in the past because it’s not the best today I was in a rush so I went in to order a bagel with cream cheese the man serving me went into the back to grab more cream cheese but when he came back up front he continued to make my bagel without gloves and I kindly asked him to put on a pair and remake it and he said no I didn’t touch the bagel with my hands, okay buddy I watched you really?? So I didn’t take the bagel and I won’t be returning to this bagel place he should be fired he did not handle the situation well gloves are a must in a food business I should have went with my gut and stayed away. Totally gross !

Ordered a plain bagel, lightly buttered and lightly toasted, not the most difficult order in the world. It took 15 minutes from me ordering it till I was rung up and left, apparently the guy who took the order was in charge of cutting and toasting it but left to do other things. The only reason someone else asked about it was because it was in her way. Not get service or a start to the morning. I do enjoy the food though for whatever that’s worth.

Food is great, if you get the correct order. I went in to order a whole wheat bagel with butter and the guy even checked with me. we went to a park for lunch and I opened the bag and it was an everything bagel. They give you an option to get coleslaw, Mac salad, or a bag of chips with your sandwich and my Aunt chose potato salad. She was never given it. And they rang up items we didn’t order, like a bagel with cream cheese. Younger workers are nice but misunderstand a lot. I came here twice and both times it was messed up.

Ordered for delivery the person delivered to the wrong house then when I called to get a remake I confirmed the order with the guy and what happens I get the wrong food when I called back the guy gave a attitude then I get told we can make a new sandwich but won’t be delivered anytime soon .

Comfortable seating. Came at a kind of busy time, they offset this by having someone sit all the line to take your order but still had to wait in line to pay. +1 star for GOOD amount of Cream Cheese!

Not sure if this place changed ownership as the people that have been in there the past few times I have never seen before but they have taken a serious decline since. Their egg sandwiches used to be huge and the bagels were always hot and fresh. The last egg sandwich I got had two pieces of bacon and the bagel tasted like it was a day old. They used to make the best egg sandwich when they first opened but have gone downhill since and their prices have gone uphill

Kat and her staff are simply the best. Attentive, jovial and great with orders it’s like your own family is running the place. She treats every customer with attention and respect all while making your deli experience the best. BTW, the food is also great. The bagels are top notch Long Island bagels – the egg salad is delicious and made fresh everyday. Whoever is on the grill does an amazing job and always gets the order right. 5 Stars to this classic Long Island bagel Deli.

Overpriced and workers are rude. Got a bagel sandwich they gave me the wrong bagel and didn’t even toast it. They didn’t wrap it good it fell apart and open in the bag. Bagel stores in NYC are way cheaper and that should say a lot.
