I contacted Bagel Buzz to cater a brunch to entertain family coming to visit from Idaho. They requested the best New York bagels since good bagels are hard to find in Idaho. I also have severe food allergies in my family which includes peanuts, tree nuts, strawberries and red dye #40. I spoke with Gina who was a delight! She took my allergy request very serious and assured me that no cross contamination would take place. She got back to me quickly with a very very reasonable price! It was delivered on time. The salad wrap platter looked and tasted amazing. The bagels my Idaho family requested did not disappoint. Everything was delicious and fresh. You owe it to yourself to let Bagel Buzz in West Islip cater your next event.

I went to Bagel Buzz for my first time today and I’m extremely disappointed. The staff there was very friendly. However the bagels I got were all underbaked. I’ve never had a Long Island bagel undercooked before. It resulted in the bagel being wildly gummy. I’d go somewhere else.

I happened to see this place after leaving the doctors office near by.
Had a pastrami,Swiss on rye. Absolutely fantastic. And a cup of coffee which was also delicious.

This is the second time that they have messed up our order. Ordered a BLT and got bacon on a bagel which I wouldn’t mind but not only is it the wrong item but the bagel taste like dirty water. Disgusting! I called and they said they would give me a credit that’s nice but they can keep it cause we will never order from them again.

My feedback won’t change anything because this is a bagel shop for neighborhood people. But it’s definitely my 2nd and the last visit. First time I was here several months ago and today I entered this shop because it’s close to the hospital and the cafeteria which is a good one, opens at 1pm. As the first time I asked for a well done bagel and I got a bagel again which looks like a dead person.
I think someone needs to remind this business that it’s September 2022 outside and they need some updates and upgrades in their business. It’s about inside look, service, quality of products etc. Some innovations.

Bagels are good but they charged me to cut the bagels in half. It was 50 cents to cut 12 bagels in half…at first he said 50 cents each and when I was like “what?!” He was like oh ok 50 cents overall. Crazy! I know times are tough but 50 cents per bagel to cut them in half? I won’t be coming back!!! I have already told several people and they will also not be going back.
