Let me start off by saying my pork roll bacon egg and cheese bagel was very good. It’s pork roll, not Taylor ham. It was a little expensive, but it is New York. The wait in line and waiting for our food was a bit long…. Everybody was rushing around but it seemed very inefficient. A lot of people were waiting for food. They need a better system for the employees to work efficiently and serve the customer quicker. You’ll see when you go what I’m talking about. The woman at the cash register was not friendly and so 1/5 stars for service.

I don’t know why but I swear my grilled chicken tasted like dirt this time. Usually satisfied otherwise. Have been coming to Bagel Boys my entire life…since it’s original location on Rt. 59, Suffern. They are my favorite bagels in Rockland County.

The food is great. Unfortunately, lately, whichever female employee that takes orders over the phone has a major issue with being rude and quickly hanging up the phone like she has no sense. It costs ZERO dollars to be polite. The tone of your voice matters as well as how you respond to REGULAR PAYING costumers. Employees are the face of the company. Being rude over the phone is just such a nasty trait to have, especially when I was polite & kindly asked for my order to be re-read back to me. As a bartender/server myself, I like to do that to ensure I didn’t forget anything or that something wasn’t misheard.
Here’s some advice – don’t work for service if it is too much of a task to be kind, respond without a tone/attitude, and say you’re welcome. Because although the food is great, I feel uncomfortable dealing with staff that strikes me as miserable.

Stopped in for bagel which are amazing fresh and delicious with cream cheese . My favorite is sesame bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese their freshly squeezed orange juice and chips for takeout. No seating area for eating its grab and go store. Order your items using menu if you’re interested in ordering different items. See photos of items and other products to takeout with you.

Today I came here to buy a bagel. And when I paid, I accidentally dropped a $100 bill. I thought I had lost it. I called the place to see if I had accidentally left it there, and luckily, they told me that someone had indeed found the bill and brought it to the register. I’m glad to know that there are still honest and honorable people, both as customers and the excellent employees who decided to save it and return it. Congratulations! This is a place that not only serves good quality food but also has good quality and very honest employees..

Bagel Boys, hands down, has the best bagels in the area. In my opinion, they are the best bagels, period. They have the best bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, the most delicious snickerdoodle iced coffee. Their deli sandwiches are excellent too, their staff is lovely and the most efficient.

I recently visited this bagel café and was impressed by the quality of the bagels—absolutely delicious! The overall service was good, and most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, my experience was slightly dampened by one staff member. When I asked her to make my coffee a little darker, her response was curt, and she directed me to “go to the back.” She didn’t smile or seem approachable, which felt unwelcoming.
Despite that, the rest of my visit was enjoyable, and the food tasted great. If not for that particular interaction, it would have been a perfect five-star experience, but I hope the staff works on improving their customer interactions.
