Staff here didn’t know what they had available. Purchased a few bakery items, they gave us the wrong items and only told us afterwords that they didn’t have what we ordered. Staff is mostly teenagers that don’t care to fix the issue, they just ignored me after I asked them to resolve it. Left a generous tip which I wish now I had not. Very smokey inside, I wouldn’t bring a baby. Breakfast bagel was average, nothing special but overpriced. No hand soap in the bathrooms. Would not recommend.

Recently the owners hired a bunch of young ladies, and my little girls are obsessed with them. They are SO kind, they make our day every time! If I could rate more than 5 stars on food and customer service, I would. We won’t go anywhere else!

Absolutely loved my visit to Bagel Bistro! The lavender latte was perfectly balanced—smooth and fragrant. Paired it with their avocado bagel, and it was fresh, flavorful, and super satisfying. Can’t wait to come back❤️

Decent bagel shop! We were in the area for other reasons but wanted some lunch.
We got the Italian sandwich on an asiago bagel, the BLAT on a garlic parmesan bagel, and a cheese pizza on a plain bagel.
I wouldn’t bother with the pizza bagels: plain tomato paste as the sauce. Our daughter liked it, but it’s not quite worth the price.

This review is so long overdue I have been coming here for the past 3 years and every time I come in it’s nothing but exceptional. The owners & staff are always so nice and welcoming. They always acknowledge you upon entry. I have gotten bagels with cream cheese just the basics but I also try there specialty bagels as well. My go to is their Sun Dried Supreme on an Everything Bagel and I add Ham & Avocado. I also replace there egg whites with their plant based egg substitute “just egg” brand egg. I have a mild allergy to eggs so I’m so grateful they have alternatives. You just have to ask. The ambiance is great if you wanna come for a lil coffee date or even to study for a bit this place is great. I like how there always so tidy even there restroom is always clean. They also make smoothies and specialty coffee. When ever I have ordered a smoothie I get it with almond milk.

I ordered the poppy bagel with Sun Dried tomato spread and it was literally pizza sauce. Gross. The lady behind the counter was trying to avoid customers. Peerless coffee is generally good, not great, but they even managed to screw that up with grounds in my cup. The poppy bagel itself was ok.

The food was tasty yet two major issues:
1. It wasn’t crowded when I visited yet it took about 7-10 minute for a toasted bagel with cream cheese to be made. Seemed like an unnecessary long wait. And,
2. The cost for that bagel plus a small orange juice was about $13 plus tip.
Just can’t figure out why prices truly are so inflated.
