Officially done with this place. This is the second time there was mold on my bagel. I tried giving them another chance because I get things happen.. but to get a bagel with mold on it multiple times just seems like they’re clearly doing something wrong constantly. This is disgusting. I really don’t care to get a refund or a new bagel because the new bagel will probably still have mold. Overall disgusted and do not recommend this place.

After trying several bagel spots in Hillsborough several years ago the family unanimously decided on Bagel Bistro being our bagel spot and we remain loyal. There are 3/4 tables inside, a few tables outside, and a clean customer bathroom. Bagels are all fresh, large, and soft. Orders come out fast and are made to order for takeout or dine-in, for both breakfast and/or lunch. Jimmy, Jay, and the rest of the crew are all aces. Jimmy is an owner who is a big supporter of the Hillsborough community. If your looking for that top flight bagel and in Hillsborough, this is your spot.

My family’s go-to bagel place in Hillsborough. The bagels are perfect, crisp on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. And they really know how to build a breakfast sandwich so it doesn’t fall apart. They participate in the Raider card program and there is plenty of parking in their lot. Definitely recommend them for your breakfast needs.

The food is too good. Honestly, I have eating so much of their food I practically became a bagel ha. The staff is amazing, they remember me by name even if I haven’t been in a while. Seriously some of the best bagels I’ve had. And they have egg everything, the king of all bagels. Highly recommend.
