How is it possible to mess up 2 eggs scrambled with cheese on a whole wheat wrap? They put the cheese on cold after the eggs, when I brought it back get cheese melted, she put my already bitten into wrap onto the panini press “Absolutely Gross” will never go back!!!! Cheese is still not melted ,wrap is hard and they just cross contaminated the panini press… Update to your response by me on 8/29/23 – It 100 % did happen at this location, which means your review was as bad as your public health and safety concerns. That is frightening. It was the middle aged woman who works the main counter during lunch You are also calling me a liar which I don’t appreciate. I was a chef, have a culinary school background as well as NYC and Federal food sanitation certifications. Nothing half eaten should should touch anything except the garbage period. Major cross contamination violation. Properly train your staff before they get someone really sick!!!!

I always get a bagel from them when I am in the area. The bagels are always crispy, toasted to perfection. Very generous portions of spreads. I usually get the eveyrthing bagel with creme cheese and butter. It’s never disappointed.

This is the SIXTH time the quality of my order has been beyond disappointing. Ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese with bacon. This is what I received. A cold bagel with no bacon and an a light smear of cream cheese The previous orders were the same, but with bacon fat only. No actual bacon meat. I’ve been going to this deli for years & will have to find somewhere else to eat.

I ordered an egg everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and bacon. This is what I got, little to no cream cheese and no bacon. Bacon is an extra charge and every time I get charged but I end up not getting the bacon. Good thing I had cream cheese in my house but this is not the first time this has happened. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because I understand things happen but when I tell them not to forget the bacon this time, and it’s still none there… it’s alittle disappointing

I was here ordering a tuna melt this past Saturday. I asked the young lady if they had French dressing, and she replied to me that they had Russian dressing. which I said I would take on the side. As the woman called me over to ring me up, I asked her if the Russian dressing was in the bag, and she told me it was on the sandwich. I said to her that I had asked for it on the side. And she says, “You did not say that.” Is this how your employees talk to customers? I mean, I am a paying customer; I wasn’t getting any free food. So I really didn’t understand her attitude. I then give her my debit card so she can ring me up. Then she tells me my card was declined (which I find very strange because I have more then enough funds on my card) so then she asked me if I wanted her to try again and I said yes and all of a sudden it went through the second time. And it’s not like she even told me it went through I had to ask her. I’m not sure what changed the second time. Overall I understand that by 2:30 people are tired and it’s probably been a long day for the workers at bagel basket. But I am still a paying customer and there really was no need for an attitude and her snapping at me. She could have just said she didn’t hear my request. Maybe it was a misunderstanding. But I probably won’t be coming back. Please train your employees.
