The atmosphere seems very inviting. The staff was friendly. I ordered two bagels and a grilled chicken salad. My one complaint was that I watched my salad being made. The lettuce head was pulled right from the bag without washing it. Hopefully I won’t find bugs in my salad. It was close to closing so I understand they were preparing to clean up but I would expect prep would be the same. I asked the staff and they said the usually wash it but not in my case. That turned me off to my meal. All the food looked delicious though.

I tried two bagels from here!

The first was the french toast bagel with the garlic and herb cream cheese. This one was the one that stood out, and it tasted amazing. The mix of the sweet and savory went surprisingly well together.

The second was the garlic bagel with jalapeno cream cheese. This one was also great.

The bagel sizes are big and definitely filling. I think it’s worth the price you pay.

They do put a lot of cream cheese, so if you like less then it would be a good idea to mention that before ordering!

I used to come here all the time, going all the way back to high school in the early 2000’s, it was my go to. Then Bagel Nook opened and while more expensive and not as good, it was closer. So I started going there. I went to Bagel Barn a few months ago and just got a plain bagel with butter and basically got a dry bagel with no butter. Figured it was a one off, went again today and nope, appears that is the new standard. $4.31 for this is highway robbery. I had to come home and add my own butter. Sorry Bagel Barn, this is the end for us.

Good vibes, but the bagels need a boost. My Everything bagel was on the saltier side and felt a bit underwhelming for a specialty cafe. Pro tip for the kitchen: Please don’t be stingy with the cream cheese! A specialty bagel deserves a thick spread. Shoutout to the staff, though, they were super helpful and the atmosphere is great. I’ll definitely try them one more time and am hoping for a 5-star experience next round.

Best bagels in the area. As traditional, they’re boiled before baking which gives them a great crust. They have the right amount of chew on the inside. The schmears are as expected, and they do their best to move as many people through as quickly as possible on busy Sunday mornings. Coffee is good but what shines is the bagel

Bagel with cream cheese and bacon was $10.00! Barely put anything on it. Not sure if these are new owners, but this place has gone downhill horribly.

A good and unique bagel spot near Princeton. Many options for unique bagel flavors. They will frequently have a bin of discounted bagels from yesterday. Service is a bit impersonal you order off of an iPad. My biggest complaint with this shop is that they don’t open until 7:30 in the morning and are therefore not open during my work commute.

Outstanding food. The seasoning on the bagels is on point, the cold cuts are all Boars Head and sliced just so. The pickles are some of the best pickles I’ve ever tasted, and the portion sizes are extremely generous. Staff is friendly too. Strongly recommend trying this place.

The food, service and atmosphere here are all top notch! The employees are always friendly and do a great job. I’ve never had a long wait to get my order even when it’s very busy. They have computer kiosks which is a huge plus if the line to order backs up or you just don’t feel like human interaction. Most importantly, the food is legitimately delicious and the portions are pretty good. You won’t leave hungry.
They’re on the pricier side but that’s not unusual for the area. If you dine in, there’s plenty of room to sit down. Everything is very clean including the bathrooms (so important since that’s easily overlooked!)
So why not 5 stars? Their hours! They don’t open until 7:30am. That’s really late for a business that sells itself as a breakfast place. This place would make a killing if they opened earlier to cater to the early morning work crowd. I’ve had to bypass this place for their competition a 2 minute drive down the road, which is also very worth checking out.
