Trendy, hip, chic with great taste in desserts & decor. Very impressive with the place. Nice, bright, clean and well (simple) decor with plenty of room for seating both inside and outside. Good parking area also can park with next door neighbors’ parking. Service is good and nice. Plenty of dessert choices for sure plus bake goods. Don’t think you can go wrong with any of the items for sure. Not too sweet but tasty and simply delish. Drinks are good….simple menu. Overall a great cakes & bake goods place dine in or take away.

This is my favourite bakery by far. I have tried many different pastries, gone back more times than I can count, and have recommended it to almost everyone I know.

For me, the matcha is the highlight here because it’s consistently amazing! The flavour of the matcha is strong and balanced with sweetness. This matcha is not watered down at all like a lot of places around, and it has been good every time I’ve gone! It’s the only place I get matcha because even though it’s expensive, they’ve never let me down.

Their baked goods are so so good, and also quite unique for the area. They have new things occasionally, but my fave is the garlic sea salt bread. Their sweet pastries are also perfectly sweetened & I always find myself wanting more!

Bag of Cakes in Fullerton is an absolute gem! The selection of pastries is incredible — everything looks and tastes like it came straight from a Parisian bakery. I’m obsessed with their Strawberry Matcha latte, and the Chocolate Almond Croissant is pure heaven. The Hazelnut Chocolate Broissant and Churro Croissant are also dangerously good.

The shop itself is beautiful — super cute decor and great vibes. Yes, there’s often a line in the morning (especially on weekends), but it moves fast and is 100% worth it. So many unique and creative pastries you won’t find anywhere else in Orange County.

Highly recommend if you’re craving high-quality, Instagram-worthy treats that actually taste as good as they look. Can’t wait to go back!

The mango cake is the best ever!!Bomdigalicious!! So moist, fluffy, soft, not too sweet. Some of the pastries and savory options were delicious while some were mediocre- just taste like regular bread with whipped cream. Maybe if some of their pastries’ bread was similar to Hawaiian bread, it would be worth the $5. Drove more than 300 miles to check them out. They were courteous and accommodating in providing us ice for our coolers for our road trip home. Our mango cake, red velvet cake and pastries made it home fine. The rest of the family loved the goodies.

Love the pastries here and the drinks are fairly good too. Very popular place though so expect to wait in a 10-20min in line. Love the seating but crowds can make it scarce and usually attracts a lot of students from csuf and families. Have good noise cancelling devices if you get overstimulated or want to study here due to being loud.

I only ordered the salted butter roll, and it lived up to the hype. The bread was soft and simple, with a deep, rich buttery flavor that made it truly enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service experience did not match the quality of the bread. The staff members appeared indifferent, and their expressions lacked warmth or friendliness.

The service provided by this bakery has deteriorated significantly. The establishment has ceased to prioritize customer satisfaction and has become solely focused on profit. I have consistently ordered an egg salad bread and a salted bread. Previously, they would provide a small box to ensure that my egg salad remained neat and clean. However, this time, a young Asian employee insisted on using a small paper bag unless I purchased four pastries, in which case they would provide a box. I questioned him about the potential for the egg salad bread to become smudged and messy, as I was purchasing this for a friend. He assured me that this was acceptable. I am deeply disappointed, as I am an individual with a disability. I must contend with the challenge of walking while simultaneously holding the bag containing the egg salad bread, which requires careful handling. Despite my efforts to maintain its cleanliness, the bread still became smudged and messy. I am extremely disappointed that the bakery’s growth has coincided with a decline in service quality, even after I explicitly requested that my egg salad not be smudged. As evidenced by the photograph, regardless of my meticulous efforts, the egg salad bread still became smudged. I was aware that this outcome was likely to occur, and he refused to assist me. Consequently, I am unable to present the bread to my friend, as it now appears unappealing. I will not return to this bakeryin the future, as they have demonstrated a lack of regard for customer service. Their behavior has become arrogant, prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction.

We were down in area for a week visiting, and we stopped into Bag of Cakes three times. The desserts and croissants were delicious. Service was not fast due to the single line layout, but was super friendly and with a smile. It is loud if crowded. Our takeout desserts were all nicely placed in boxes. If I lived in the area I would happily go again, and again until my doctor’s told me to stop. Try something with strawberries.

I’ve been wanting to come check out this Korean bakery since it 1st opened 2 years ago and finally went w my Gfren on 08.16.25
Sunday, half n hour before closing time.
A bit bummer since by than, all of the bakery goods were about majority wiped out.
The bakery was still busy with a lot of customers dining enjoying their drinks & pastries.

What i recommend here & my fav

Their Maritzo. Really scrumptious, creamy, bun is so fluffy & good. Not overly sweet since lots of cream buns tend to be sweet.

Customer service is great.

Cute little bakery with nice natural lighting & contemporary design look.

Lots of seatings indoor and outside with an umbrella.

I’ve passed by several of times and see a long line out the door.
Located in same shopping plaza as Albertsons, next door to a nail salon.
