The food was great, but the service was a little disappointing. They took a long time to refill or water, and they didn’t feel very warm, but I understand it’s a busy time. I got the kimchi jjigae and it was amazing. I was surprised to find rice cakes in there! The side of rice was perfectly done. Overall I’d come here again, the food made it more than worth it.

The space is surprisingly big, no feeling crowded and pleanty of table to spread out food on, and you will want to get a lot of food to share! There was no wait despite parking being almost impossible to find, and lots of groups eating there. The staff were friendly and the food authentic and delicious. Less spicy than other korean places but there were pepper flakes and things to pump up the heat if thats what you love.

I should have taken more pictures but I was sooo excited to eat. I originally came because I wanted to have banchan and cold noodles but ended up getting a beef broth which was so delicious!! Very flavourful which I was hoping for. All the food was yumm, we got a spicy noodle soup which was huge, definitely more than a single serving (mine wasn’t), Japchae and Bibimbap as well.
The employees were very kind and attentive, we had a wonderful night and plan to keep coming. I have only had korean food once before so I don’t know how things are exactly supposed to be at least traditionally, but I was looking for delicious food and good service, which is what we found here, so I highly recommend!

My friends and I had dinner on this restaurant whilst at Salt Lake. The food is excellent, the price is reasonable and the service is okay.
This is a good restaurant to visit if you crave for some Korean food whilst in the city. We’ll defo visit again.

I’ve gone here several times and have forgotten to take picture because I get SO EXCITED TO EAT MY FOOD!
Let’s start with the atmosphere. How entry this place does not have much of a vibe, which is totally ok though because the food stands up for itself!
It does get busy in here so come early if you don’t want too much of a crowd!
I love love love LOVE the portions here! I always get the Bibim Bop and leave PLEASANTLY FULL. Not to mention they give you so many free little add on to your meal! They will bring you more too as far as I’ve seen there isn’t a limit.
Awesome service and the sauces and pickled veggies are to die for!

We came here a little before dinner hours as a walk-in and got seated right away. Loved that they offer a bunch of side dishes along with refills. We all tried the jjampong seafood noodles soup and it was loaded with huge shrimp with heads attached and small mussels. Soup flavor was spicy and flavorful! Enjoyed our meal and would recommend other trying their specialty noodle soup.

We came here after shopping at the Chinese market. I got the spicy squid dish. It had a lot of squid! The squid was perfect not excessively chewy. The whole dish overall was large, very flavorful, and delicious. Easily two meals worth of food. My wife got the beef bulgogi with noodles. The beef bulgogi was good, but the noodles were served cold. Honestly, they weren’t very good at all. We took them to-go but ended up throwing them away. Which is unfortunate because it is one of the most expensive dishes on the menu. We both enjoyed the appetizers that they serve you before your entree. Some of them were better than others, but it was a lot of fun.

This marks my second time enjoying food from this restaurant. The first was a to-go order with a friend, but this time, I decided to sit down and savor a proper meal within the restaurant’s inviting ambiance. I must say, this is an exceptional Korean establishment. The flavors are authentic and thoroughly enjoyable. While I don’t often indulge in Korean cuisine, it’s wonderful to have an authentic spot in town when the craving arises.

I had the jjangmyeon and regular tangsuyuk for myself. Overall, the hospitality was great, and one unique aspect of this restaurant is that they provide many side dishes with free refills. However, the price was quite high — I paid around $40 plus tip. For that cost, the jjangmyeon and tangsuyuk barely met my expectations. The jjangmyeon portion felt small despite the large bowl, though the tangsuyuk portion was generous. The food was okay, but it could definitely taste better. I also noticed that many of the staff, including the chef, are Spanish. Considering the price, I probably won’t be returning.

We recently dined at Baek Ri Hyang, and we can’t stop raving about the fabulous food! Each dish was a testament to exceptional culinary skill, bursting with flavors that left us craving more. The generous portion sizes made us wish we had more room in our stomachs to savor every last bite.
The restaurant had a comfortable, laid-back atmosphere that added to the overall experience. It was the perfect setting to enjoy a great meal. The staff were incredibly pleasant, ensuring that our service was prompt and attentive, without being intrusive.
For around $70 for 2, we enjoyed a memorable meal that was absolutely worth every penny. I would wholeheartedly recommend Baek Ri Hyang to anyone looking for a delicious dining experience. We can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu!
