We drove all the way from Kansas to eat here, and it was worth the trip. I highly recommend this place.
We ate the Donne Biriyani, which tasted amazing and was not very spicy. The rice flavor was next level.
The Mangalore Chicken Ghee Roast was also extremely good. It had creamy smooth ghee and well-cooked chicken.
The Bangalore Kabab Fry is authentic and should be tried by kabab lovers.

CRAVING CURED! I was seriously missing the taste of home, specifically some authentic Bangalore-style Donne Biryani here in Austin, and my friend told me to search once youight find … and WOW! I found Badoota! Seriously, their Donne Biryani and Chicken Ghee Roast were absolutely next level. The spice level? No compromise, exactly like I remember from Bangalore. I felt like I was eating back at home. Thank you, Badoota, for bringing the real taste to Austin!

The taste is very good. Probably the only restaurant serving Donne biryani in Austin.

The food here takes me back home and it’s authentic Bangalore style Donne biryani. The flavor and taste is impeccable. The appetizers were so tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It’s a cloud kitchen so you can either take out or there are a few tables and chairs and you can definitely eat there as well. The owner Jaya cooks herself so it’s very authentic and flavorful. We live in Tampa and we were in Austin for the weekend so decided to try out this spot and so glad we did!! Definitely a must try for some delicious Indian food.

Great new place located inside a community kitchen with regional cuisine. Amazing food and very authentic, took me back to the regional fare of Karnataka in India.
The biryani had great flavors and was perfectly cooked, the ghee roast was succulent with juicy sliced chicken and the pepper chicken topped it all, balanced with the perfect spixe mix. This place is not to be missed, regional fare done right. The Mangalore ghee roast could have had some coconut flavor in my opinion.
There are indoor and outdoor sitting as well if you plan to eat there after picking up the food. The portions are great too especially Donne Biryani. Give it a shot and you won’t be disappointed. A place worth repeating.

A month ago I visited this place. We ordered Bangalore Donne biryani and Mangalore chicken ghee roast. Both were delicious. If you want to have authentic Karnataka food, this is the place. The owner said they are opening a new branch and add more things to the menu. Must try. Avarekai biryani was great as well.

The vegetarian Donne Biryani here is absolutely awesome! ️ The spice levels are perfect, and it’s always served hot and fresh. It’s really rare to find a restaurant that maintains the same authentic taste so consistently — every time it tastes just as amazing as the first.

They serve the best donne biriyani. The Avarekalu biriyani too me back to the flavors of our life in Bangalore. Their chilly chicken is a staple! We want to go and try more from the menu. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you Team Badoota to bring the slice of Bangalore to Austin!
