First time here and let me just say—this place did not come to play.
I ordered the pepperoni pizza, and wow… it came out so hot I’m pretty sure it was forged in Mount Doom. The pepperonis were glistening like tiny edible jewels, and yes, I absolutely burned the roof of my mouth because I have the self-control of a raccoon at a cookout. Worth it? Absolutely.
The flavor was fantastic—perfectly balanced sauce, crispy crust, cheesy goodness. A true pizza masterpiece. The gentleman who served us was super friendly, too. I didn’t try anything else on the menu, so I can’t comment on those, but if they’re anything like that pizza, I might have to work my way through the whole menu one slice at a time.
10/10, would risk mouth burns again.

Really disappointing experience. First off, they had no water bottles for sale and no fountain water — nothing. My kids were thirsty, so I tried filling their bottles from the soda machine. The water came out milky-looking, which seemed weird. I tasted it and it was definitely not right. When I asked, they casually said, “Oh yeah, that’s not drinking water.”
There was no sign anywhere indicating that it wasn’t safe to drink — meaning people could’ve been unknowingly consuming non-potable water. I mentioned this to them, and to their credit, they put up a sign before I left. But that absolutely should have been there already.
Then I asked if there was anywhere to get water, and they pointed to a fridge… which was also out of bottled water. Eventually someone came back and admitted they were completely out. So they had zero safe water options for customers.
To be clear, this isn’t just a bad experience — it could be a violation of Virginia health regulations. Restaurants are required to provide safe, potable water to customers. If the water isn’t safe to drink, it has to be clearly labeled as non-potable, and they’re supposed to offer an alternative (like bottled water) if there’s a water issue. None of that happened here.
On top of all this, I ordered the “white Cheesesteak” and it was a joke — barely any meat, mostly bread and cheese. Definitely not worth the price. Here’s a photo so you can see for yourself.

2026 update: I have gone bad to Badd occasionally since reviewing them a couple years ago, but the experience is still very inconsistent. Today’s pizza was mostly crust, overcooked and very dry. The wings were also quite dry and without flavor. On other occasions I’ve had very good food there; it just varies depending on who’s working that evening. The staff seem to be trying their best.

The pizza is overcooked to the point of being dried out, and the toppings are sparse. Today the tomatoes were green and tough to bite through, and the cheese and crust were so overcooked that half the pie is blackened. Wings are sometimes saucy but other times very dry. I think the staff are becoming careless. If I had left a review a year ago it would have been easily five stars, but not anymore.

We recently got Badd Pizza catered to my work and OMG was it amazing! The wings were so tender with a nice grilled taste to it. The pizzas were so cheesy and tasty! Overall everything was amazing!!!!

I had the pleasure of going in and ordering an order to go! The staff was helpful and thorough in helping me get the right order and amount of food! When I got home , the order was hot , super fresh and ready to enjoy! The wings, oh my goodness! Crispy and moist inside ! Full of flavor , got honey mustard, and bbq ! They are fried and then finished on the grill, amazing, no slime skin from not bring fried long enough or cooked well. Then the pizza, WOW! It was light and fluffy doe, that was crispy on the bottom from the oven, and the sauce was hearty and sweet, but completely full of flavor! The pepperoni was delicious and just the right amount of toppings in every bite! I can’t wait to go again!

Stumbled across this place the other week and was happily surprised. The char they put on The Triple Char pepperoni pizza is amazing and there is a generous amount of cheese as well. The hot signature wings were also really good.

This place was awesome! The food is LEGIT and tastes just like being back in the 716. The wings were cooked and sauced perfectly and the pizza was dialed in. My daughter even said that it’s better than mine and this is her new favorite pizza. My son gave it the Buffalo seal of approval as well. If you’re a Buffalonian, you have to get here.

I used to love their pizza but the past few times have been terrible. They haven’t been putting enough cheese on so I ordered extra cheese this time. As you can see in the picture it barely has any cheese on it and just a few pepperoni and black olives. Why so cheap on the toppings? The pit wings are still good at least. Not sure I’ll be coming back any time soon which is a bummer because it used to be really good pizza.

Sometimes you get an amazing pizza that’s worth the extra money. Sometimes you get overpriced mediocre food. Did you order extra cheese? Maybe you’ll get it! Would you like slices cut? Most times that will happen. Was the pizza cooked the way you asked? It’ll probably happen.
Often the food is great, but for what they charge, there’s no excuse for mediocre pushed-out-the-door inconsistency.

UPDATED Pizza is great, BUT do not order inside. They have forgotten our order twice now, and we had to remind them. Second time, they didn’t tell us our first pizza was ready and they forgot our second pizza. They did give us a free side and apology both times, but their process need work.
