They get 2 stars because the fried zucchini is really good!
Should have listened to the other reviews.. simply asked for no pickles on the burgers and somehow the bacon (rodeo ripper) didn’t make it either. Asked for ranch and got some spicy stuff? Honestly no clue but tasted like horse radish. Would consider coming back when I’m only wanting fried zucchini. Buzz kill when you’re hungry and the details are incredibly missed!

Ordered 2 meals and they forgot the fries and onion rings. Chicken sandwich was rubbery, good crisp. No hot honey on my chicken sandwich that I ordered. Got 2 Rodeo burgers, cooked medium, perfect, I did like those. Will never order here again. Not worth the price for bad service.

Food is good. Buns are quality, ingredients are quality and fresh. They COULD be great. But unfortunately they never season their burgers. Absolutely 0 seasoning every time I order. If they just did that, even a simple salt/pepper/ garlic mix, they’d be one of the best burger joints around here.

Have ordered several times through Uber Eats. Their so called premium toppings are usually missing or very minimal. Today, again, there was no BA sauce (yet to know what that is) no mayo or any condiments. 2 Nickel sized pickles. The small top slice of a tomato.
I paid extra for Chipotle mayo and it was half of a tiny condiment cup. There are no sauces included with the zucchini or onion rings.
The food was cold. They should keep it warm until delivery picks up. It is only about 15 min. to my house. I like the flavor of the grilled. Burger and their fried onion rings are delicious. But I don’t pay these prices for them to be skimpy.

The best burger I have had in years! I ordered The Lasso burger and it did not disappoint. Huge burger packed with lots of flavor! The fries are cut thick and delicious. When in Puyallup, I will make a point to order from here.
