Relaxed counter-serve whipping up classic New York-style pizzas, plus hoagies & calzones.

We recently read on Reddit that this is some of the best pizza in the burgh and I would agree! I’m a white pizza girly and their white Sicilian might be my fav white pizza I’ve ever had. We did take out, it was ready in about 30 minutes. I also love that they have pizza by the slice, it allows my husband to get a single slice of pepperoni too without having to order a whole second pizza ☺️ I joined their rewards because I know we will be back

Absolutely one of the best in PGH! I eat a lot of pie. This is constant and they have unbelievable Italian Hoagie!!!
If you’re into spicy on your pie try the long hots… You might be lucky enough to pop and when they make a custom pie. Turner’s tea always on deck and if you’re into drinks for Italy… They got the selection.
Besides the food. This crew is GREAT!
They make you feel like family. I guess when you see them more than your family….
Go experience the greatness!

Super disappointed in size weight and preparation of the pizza tonight. I was always a badamos fan but the 8 cut ‘large’ they serve is not a lot compared to other New York style pizza shops. Pizza was more Neapolitan style as its soft crust and floppy as can be. Super light on toppings and overall weight for a 27.00 pie. No crisp to the crust whatsoever and floppy as can be to the point where when the cheese slid off there was nothing underneath.Like I said, if it was advertised as Neapolitan, then fine but this pizza is supposed to be New York style and while New York is thin, it’s not as thin and skimpy and floppy as this. The Sicilian square cut looked good in the case, I’m wondering what they charge. Must be 50.00 based on the more substantial, crispy ,and heavy look it had. If it would have been more well done it might have been better but very light weight overall for price. Do better than 8 slices and flop city on the New York style is my feedback. I went to Fioris for a better slice after, and Fioris is overated as heck in my book. Service was great, friendly, and polite. I feel bad hating on the pizza, but it’s a ripoff and nothing like it was. Maybe if it was cooked and not floppy I’d feel better about it.

My favorite place in Pittsburgh to get slices! Always super crispy and delicious, especially recommend the Sicilian slices the edges are perfection. This location specifically always has the friendliest staff who are welcoming and a very chill atmosphere to sit in and eat their delicious slices, my favorite spot in Dormont for sure.

BADAMO’S NEVER DISAPPOINTS!!! I am 2 days into 2026 & needed my fave pizza…. Well today, whoever made this, maybe Herby?, whoever made this hit it out of the park & legit channeled my notes that I left on the order. Extra basil, sauce & cheese put on perfectly that I screaming when I lifted the lid!
I should also point out the genius artist, that wrote my name KIM in fabulous graffiti style!!
Of course,
I took video and several photos too!!
So yeah, this pizza place is FAMILY!!!
I’m posting this review on Google and other platforms,
so I hope you see one & make BADAMO’s your fave place for 2026❣️✨
Love ~ Kim

I’ve been fortunate enough to have food from both locations, both of which are good. The round pie is always delicious but their white Sicilian is not only the best white pie around but it’s also the best Sicilian crust I’ve had in Pittsburgh. Seriously, it’s good stuff. It’s hard to find a good white pie in Pittsburgh, that is, if you don’t go to Badamos!
Their salads are also very good. I can count on one hand how many times I’ve gotten a good salad from a pizza joint. This place does it right, fresh and large enough for a few people or an entirely separate meal the next day.

These guys are the BEST!! The pizza is next level!!! It is delicious, but you never feel like you are overstuffed. The dough is perfection I asked for some to go to take on a flight back west to AZ and they were so gracious and accommodating! I am enjoying two pieces in the airport between flights and I couldn’t be happier!! I will go back again and again!!! Thank you!!!

Best pizza and vibe since we’ve been back in Pittsburgh. Got the first slice after a night out in Dormont and the smell dragged me in. Had to visit with the family two days later to confirm the suspicion it was amazing pizza. Confirmed. Got the margherita, white, cheese, and pep just to confirm. They also sell Sicilian deep dish squares, garlic knots, rolls, etc. Not much seating but friendly atmosphere and staff. Worth every penny.

This is a darn good pizza. Perhaps the best in the south hills. The margarita style (which is not my typical go to) is spectacular. The dough/crust almost taste like a sour dough which is great. Sauce is on point. Cooked perfect. Zero complaints lowkey one of the best spots around.

Walked in for a slice and the place was packed of people waiting on their orders, clearly a local favorite. We panicked and ordered whatever was already hot and ready and we devoured the pizza. Delicious options… would love to try a custom order.
