Excellent service as usual. I had a lettuce wrapped Bistro Burger with steamed broccoli. The lettuce was substantial but it held the beef patties in place for the majority of the time. My wife had the Sam I Am with onion rings. Both were very good. Also enjoy the cocktails here.

First time eating here, but it will not be the last. Comfortable, casual atmosphere with friendly, competent service without being over bearing. Ordered a Chunky Elvis shake and my wife ordered a strawberry lemonade and both were delicious. We both ordered a plain cheeseburger, I had tots and my wife had sweet potato fries. Both were fantastic and close to perfect burgers! Really enjoyed our visit and we will both return and recommend it to others!

A little disappointed with this visit. Since burger is in the name, I expected it would be good. The “hand” cut fries were the real let-down. They looked old and tired.

I ordered the bacon burger on steroids. When the burger came, the bacon was so burned that it turned to crumbles when I cut the burger in half. We had to flag down a different person to get the manager. The manager said that it didn’t look like six pieces of bacon. She also said she just took over and needed to make changes. She never once apologized or tr8ed to make it right. I said I would leave hungry because the food was so bad I wasn’t sure I wanted them to cook more food. They served me the top of the tomato, you know, the part that should go in the trash. Poor service, awful food.

The burgers were great! Good-sized patty, well-seasoned, good diversity. Lauren was a great waitress, attentive to our drinks/refills. Price point/value was about right and the bathrooms were clean. IMO the sides like fried pickles and onion rings were just ok, and the tots were good.

Food was excellent. Great taste and a down-home feel. It took a little bit to get the food, but it was worth the wait. We had a couple of changes to the orders we picked, and the option to make your own burger or salad from a checkmark sheet was a nice surprise.

This place was pretty tasty! They definitely know how to make a good burger. I ordered a mushroom and truffle burger with a side of fried pickles. I really liked that you could choose any of the sides as your burger side. Many places make it limited to tots, fries, or sweet potato fries, but not here. So much variety.

Awesome place! Great food and service. I had a patty melt, awesome! My husband and kids created their own burgers, so many add on options to choose from. Family of four our bill was around 73$. Not bad
