We enjoyed our food and the service was good. It’s casual dining. I ordered the Create tour own salad with grilled salmon. I was very satisfied with my order. The salmon was cooked nicely. ( I ordered medium and it was perfectly cooked) The waiter was pleasant but I thought his hair could have been pulled back at the least, since he’s working with food. Overall good experience.

I don’t get some of these bad reviews ♂️. Food can come out wrong sometimes, it happens. That’s life. The real move is just calling the waitress over and being cool about it. They even give you sometimes something for free for the apologies. People forget it’s not that deep, you don’t gotta blow it up online.
Honestly, I don’t know why I don’t pull up here more often. Food’s good, prices are chill, and it’s the type of spot you hit for some eats and a couple drinks without your wallet crying. Lowkey, this place is solid.

I love how easily I can customize my meal. The menu is extensive, but no worries, each table has pencils and notepads where you can check off exactly what you want. Simply hand the server your burger checklist and your meal arrives shortly after, exactly to your specifications. Also, you’re not limited to angus burgers; they have bean burgers, grilled chicken, fried chicken, turkey patty, salmon filet and impossible patty. You can also choose your bun, or no bun or a lettuce wrap. I haven’t even started to talk about the toppings. I won’t list them but you can choose from a dozen cheeses, 25 toppings and 17 condiments. There’s also a dozen sides to choose from.
If there are too many choices and you’re too hungry to decide, I recommend the grilled chicken on brioche with provolone cheese, onion straws, and pickled jalapenos with sweet potato fries.

I ordered a salad (create your own) and the other had burgers.
Salad was good, the turkey burger was a bit burnt outside and very salty.
The handcut fries were burnt.
The others had their meal, I was still eating, had more than one third of my salad to eat and the waitress brought the bill. It seems they wanted us out of the place.
Staff was friendly.
Toilets were clean.
Nothing special to tell about this experience.

Nice location in Birkdale. Service was speedy and friendly. Caesar salad with grilled chicken was fresh and tasty. Philly was equally great.

Not sure what else is going in my food so I can’t really trust this any further. I only came here because I don’t have a fridge at my job to bring food and I work a lot of long shifts everyday so I rely on getting something quick to eat near birkdale and this was the healthiest option…

Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar – Lunch on 1/1/2026
We went to Bad Daddy’s for lunch on January 1st as a group of four, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Despite the restaurant not being crowded, the service was painfully slow from start to finish.
It took a long time for our server to even approach the table. Drinks were brought out one at a time—each of us received ours separately instead of together—and two of the four food orders were initially marked as “out of stock.” To make matters worse, I found a hair in my drink.
After placing our food order, we waited over 40 minutes for our meals to arrive. When it came time to check out, our waiter was nowhere to be found and it took an unusually long time just to get our tabs. We split the bill between two credit cards, but later discovered that both cards were charged the full amount, which is a serious billing error.
Between the slow service, cleanliness issue, long wait times, and incorrect charges, this was not a good experience and not what we expected. Very frustrating overall.

3 of us arrived, asked for a table outside for 7 and they quickly had staff clear and put two tables together. We ordered drinks while waiting for the others and had plenty of time to look at b the mostly burger menu. The smashburgers sound better than they are. Next time in night b choose to make my own, but the sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious. The wait staff was very helpful. We were not rushed and enjoyed visiting even after we finished our meal.
