Our first time here and it was absolutely delicious! The burgers are reasonably priced with tons of options. The atmosphere is like a cross between Hard Rock Cafe and Bubba Gump, and I loved it. The service was friendly and he acted like he had already known us.

Was there with my fiance and we sat at the bar. Our bartender greeted us right away and got us drinks. She showed up within 10 minutes give us drinks and take our food order. This is why things fell away. After taking our food order both bartenders disappeared. There were customers at the bar but no bartenders to service them. We waited over 25 min for grilled chicken salads, which at other Bad Daddy’s locations we have been served within 10 minutes. While the bartenders were missing we noticed 6-8 wait staff just hanging out and talking in the kitchen breezeway. This is an extremely poorly managed branch of this chain and would not recommend

On Sunday night, my family and I came in for dinner. Our waitress was incredibly nice and attentive, and the food was great, but the atmosphere was lacking, particularly because of one event. While our server was taking our order, one of the employees yelled at our waitress from the top of the stairs. I’m not sure what the yelling was about, but it was definitely confrontational, and we could tell our waitress was shaken and caught off guard by the hostility. I hate to imagine what the working environment must be like here. Things were otherwise great, but after this, we might have to get our food to-go next time.

We popped in on a Saturday night and had a great dining experience. There was no wait and we were seated immediately. Our server, Cam, was really attentive and even though he was new, had favorites and shared his honest opinion with us. Always ask your server their favorites!

I’m from out of town and wanted a turkey burger and this was a few miles from our hotel. We ordered online and picked it up. It was ready on time and the order was correct. The turkey burger was perfect and French fries were great. Next time I’m in the area I’ll stop by for sure.
