This was a complete surprise that everything h we tried was on point! We were taking in some of the local sites…Hello Rocky Balboa statue and steps!) and wanted to find somewhere to eat within walking distance. Bad Brother popped up and was literally just a couple of blocks away.

Had a hunch Bad Brother would be a gem. Staff was super friendly. Beer list was top notch, including hill farm Anna and tonewood mas fuego. They also have a good can list. The bar is tight, but they do have tvs for some sports and an impressive cocktail list we didn’t get a chance to try. The waiter suggested the Sausage Roll and Wings. The sausage roll was out of this world and they wings were the perfect combo for crispy and saucy. If you’re in the neighborhood this place is a must. Intimate, trendy, cool.

I was a little confused about which exit to use when I saw people using both. I wasn’t sure if one entrance was for the upstairs apartments but the front entrance is for the bar area which holds about 16-20 chairs and the side entrance leads to a seated area. Bartenders were great and based off the surrounding conversations, I could tell that this was a little neighborhood spot that the locals like to frequent. Artwork on the walls is available for purchase by a local artist.

The sausage roll is truly incredible. You cannot truly understand until your first bite but it is exceptional. Burger was pretty good, fries were excellent. Great service and great beer selection as well. Highly recommend.

What a hidden gem. The food was unreal (especially the Gochujang wings), the service was awesome, and the place is super cool. The server explained each dish’s ingredients as he brought them, which was a really nice touch. The cocktails were amazing as well. We just moved to the neighborhood and already found our favorite spot!

So this is what happened to the old Brigid’s? Well Bad Brother is a worthy successor and formidable gourmet pub! It has a great selection of beer, wine and cider. The owners are gracious and on-site and the vibe is chill, friendly and no pretense!

I can’t get over how good this place was. The restaurant is nearly disguised as another house on the block. The Sriracha Buffalo wings are probably some of the best wings I’ve ever had. The beer selection is unique. We met one of the owners who welcomed us to the neighborhood. This will be our new go- to bar.
