Nice shop with friendly staff. I ordered salmon poke bowl and was very disappointed. A poke bowl is made of diced RAW fish , on their menu , it does NOT mention that their version is made of COOKED smoked salmon. Sorry but it didn’t taste good, wish the menu was more specific. Side note : avocado and cucumber were very fresh , also great smoothie.

Go here! Just do it! I semi stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant after checking out the thrift store across the street. It is decorated so cutely and is warm welcoming and inviting. I am traveling for work and they have free WiFi so I will definitely be making stops in here to get foodor grab a fresh pressed juice and do some work! The staff was nice, ambiance was nice and i love all the healthy options they have! They also use sustainable products such as biodegradable straws, offer recycling and use organic wherever possible. I got the beet fresh pressed juice and a bowl of their vegan chili. I also appreciated that they had many Vegan and vegetarian options! I will be back and highly recommend!

Nice place in Lake Geneva that offers several vegan options. Had the Portobella Tamales which were really good and the house made guacamole was awesome. They focuson locally sourced natural and organic ingredients. They put a lot of love into their food and it shows in their quality. Feels well refined and comfy on the inside. Service was top notch and very friendly. Highly recommended.

A great alternative to the usual bar grub. The Mediterranean Veggie sandwich and the smoked salmon sandwich were both excellent as was the Green Lantern smoothie. Highly recommend Heart and Sol Cafe.

Super tasty food!!! Great vegan options – my friend and I split the pho with tofu and the portabella tamales and they were both delicious. The service was great, the food was ready really fast but was super fresh tasting. They have a big menu too, a really great selection of tasty, healthy food. I would highly recommend this cafe for a great breakfast or lunch. Also very reasonably priced!

We just had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We ordered a few sandwiches to go and ended up waiting over 45 minutes and didn’t even get our food. It turns out they ended up never actually placing our order to the kitchen and we eventually left because we couldn’t wait any longer. We checked in 3-4 times while waiting and they kept telling us our order would be ready in a few minutes (never actually checking on our order) and one of the women working in the kitchen was very rude to us, telling us with a snide demeanor that they were very busy (they were not) and that it’s Memorial Day weekend. She never actually checked on our order! Had anyone actually checked on our order after we inquired multiple times, they would have noticed the order was never even placed and remedied the situation. But they did not and instead were rude to us. Not to mention I was with a 3 and a 5 year old who were clearly losing it and they didn’t seem to care. They were then unapologetic when they finally caught their mistake when we told them we were leaving. I do not recommend this restaurant.
