When I was here I quickly realized that this is EASILY the best coffee shop I’ve ever been to! Not only was the matcha and coffee that I tried literally perfect, but the workers were so kind an welcoming too. In particular, Addie made the experience absolutely amazing by being so genuine and kind-hearted. I could easily tell how much she loved her job and helping the people that came in in general. Addie was super sweet and I would come back to Bad Ass Coffee solely for her (though the coffee is amazing too)!

Do NOT sleep on visiting here. A friend mentioned going here last week sometime and having a killer coffee but more important said the vibe and customer service was top notch also. I for one thinking that no coffee shop can be spot on with their drinks, their ambience, AND their customer service was absolutely astounded. Brittany helped me pick the sort of coffee vibe I was in the mood for and also made the whole experience just natural and fun. No forced gimmicks, no begging for me to try their “Coffee of The Day” like some other silly shops nearby I’ve been to, just great coffee and surroundings. I’ll def be coming back here quite often and I hope to see Brittany every time!

All the bad ass coffee locations are great but I really received great customer service especially from Siguineau! On top of the great service all the drinks are amazing, you gotta try the banana Matcha or the beach bliss.
