First, The service was great! The lady we had was friendly, timely and checked in on us to make sure we were happy. Five stars to her!
Second, the atmosphere was cool! Inviting, warm and packed at 1:00pm! I will say that impressed me.
And Third, the food! We had the biscuits and gravy benedict and the regular eggs benny. My biscuits and gravy benedict was good! The egg was poached perfectly, biscuits were buttery/flakey and the gravy was chunky with lots of sausage in it. A very solid meal! It didnt have the WOW factor but thats ok. It totally satisfied me. My wife had the eggs Benedict. Again, the eggs were poached perfectly, and the hash browns looked great. The only thing I would of fixed is the hollandaise. Visually you can tell that the sauce had “broke”. It was thin and the solids had separated from the butter. The flavor was decent. It was reminiscent of a something you would serve with crab. Like a buttery lemon sauce and not a thick hollandaise
sauce.
I will be back to try it again! I wish you guys all the luck in the world. I hope this helps a little.
Loved it.
The menu offered a perfect variety of options, and Cue Chatley explained that they wanted to create a menu that showcased their pride in serving each guest. They wanted to create dishes that reminded customers of their grandmother’s cooking, using the highest quality ingredients and sourcing them as locally as possible.
Now, let’s talk about the food! It was absolutely amazing. We were so excited to try everything and cannot wait to return for another meal in the near future.
If you find yourself in Central Oregon whether in Redmond or not it would be worth the drive to stop in for a truly home cooked meal.
