I love a good breakfast! So when I heard of this new restaurant I knew I had to try it! I should first say that they havent “officially” opened yet so im giving a little grace to my review. So here we go!

First, The service was great! The lady we had was friendly, timely and checked in on us to make sure we were happy. Five stars to her!

Second, the atmosphere was cool! Inviting, warm and packed at 1:00pm! I will say that impressed me.

And Third, the food! We had the biscuits and gravy benedict and the regular eggs benny. My biscuits and gravy benedict was good! The egg was poached perfectly, biscuits were buttery/flakey and the gravy was chunky with lots of sausage in it. A very solid meal! It didnt have the WOW factor but thats ok. It totally satisfied me. My wife had the eggs Benedict. Again, the eggs were poached perfectly, and the hash browns looked great. The only thing I would of fixed is the hollandaise. Visually you can tell that the sauce had “broke”. It was thin and the solids had separated from the butter. The flavor was decent. It was reminiscent of a something you would serve with crab. Like a buttery lemon sauce and not a thick hollandaise
sauce.

I will be back to try it again! I wish you guys all the luck in the world. I hope this helps a little.

Visiting Redmond this weekend, we heard about a new breakfast spot and decided to check it out. The restaurant was very welcoming, clean, bright, and with plenty of seating. I ordered the BLTA with tots and it was solid. The bacon was definitely the standout.

Loved it.

Price is a little on the high side. 5 dollars for a cup of coffee… Food was delicious except my toast came out still looking like bread. Looking forward to when they have more selections of bacon. When we were there they only had smoked and candied.

Making a quick trip to Central Oregon for a client meeting, we decided to venture out and grab a quick bite. Where do we go? Let’s try the new Bacon Bar N Brunch location in Redmond, Oregon. As we entered the restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing smells of delicious food and coffee. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to our every need.

The menu offered a perfect variety of options, and Cue Chatley explained that they wanted to create a menu that showcased their pride in serving each guest. They wanted to create dishes that reminded customers of their grandmother’s cooking, using the highest quality ingredients and sourcing them as locally as possible.

Now, let’s talk about the food! It was absolutely amazing. We were so excited to try everything and cannot wait to return for another meal in the near future.

If you find yourself in Central Oregon whether in Redmond or not it would be worth the drive to stop in for a truly home cooked meal.

We are long time fans of Christy’s and thought we’d give the new establishment a try. The staff was very attentive and the remodel looks great! The owner stopped to check in on us and let us know about his approach to using fresh and healthy ingredients and the quality was definitely noticeable! And, of course, the bacon was the star of the dish- super fresh and well prepared. And for the vegetarians or those who enjoy lunch foods for breakfast- you also have options! Look forward to the full menu launch in the future!

Excellent addition to Redmond! Service was prompt, friendly, & accurate. Got our food in great time and it was GOOD! Cool menu options. My son says the candied bacon pancakes are the best pancakes he’s ever had! The restaurant itself is super cute and clean. The owner came by to check on everyone. LOVE it. We will be back.

Honestly this was the best omlette I’ve had in all of Redmond! I make them all the time at home and normally end up never liking any one else’s in comparison, but this one took the cake! So much flavor! Plus some of the best hashbrowns, not mushy at all, great layer of crispy pieces. Coffee was very yummy and strong. Service was very good. I was honestly beyond impressed at how well they did for a soft opening. Normally new places have a rough start but not here. Smoothly ran already and excellent food! Highly recommend you check them out!
