Stopped in for a gluten free breakfast sandwich and coffee. The option for gluten free bread is great & the coffee flavor was really delicious but there was just way too much cream in the drink.
I opted for the brown butter maple latte, iced. I recommend to get this flavor hot as it seems to be a homemade syrup made with real butter which does not melt in a cold drink. The flavor is really delicious, but if you want a coffee taste also ask for less cream/milk or an extra shot of espresso. I would still highly recommend going here!

Excellent coffee shop in downtown Ogunquit! Lots of fun drinks on the menu, and delicious breakfast sandwiches! We got the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches and the bacon that they used was out of this world good! Can’t recommend this place enough; it’s the perfect place for a morning pick me up on vacation!

Great little coffee/food/sweets stop! Don’t let the size fool you they get orders out pronto! And you get to enjoy your delicious picks inside our…in a fantastic outdoor seating with more than enough room for big families and kids shaded and not. Everything here coffee, hot/cold food, and sweets are hearty if u need it, simple snacks, and something for everyone even kids. Perfect spot on the way down from a beautiful Maine vacation.

We just happened upon this wonderful shop because we found parking and took a look over and saw the Backyard. We got a hot and iced Vietnamese coffee and 2 blueberry scones suggested by the darling young woman taking our order. Coffee was fabulous and the blueberry scones were incredible! My husband went back while I was shopping to get a sandwich a couple hours later. Great little ‘accidental’ find!

Wish I had more time to spend and look through their menu. We got their vegan scones (strawberry and blueberry coconut scones) and I wish there were more vegan options to choose from. Those scones were so decadent but not in a super sweet way, more so like a filling option to start off the day. I highly recommend them for plant based folks.

Great little place for coffee, sandwiches, salads, baked goods & specialty drinks, just shy of the coast. We were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome and at ease, in spite of a rush that started just as we arrived. They went out of their way to make ours a delightfully relaxing and pleasant dining experience.

The interior is casual and eclectic, but patio dining is the best choice in good weather. Staff members are responsive to questions about food allergies, sensitivities and ingredient sourcing — and considerate of diners concerned about what’s in their food.

For an especially memorable visit, take a walk down the nearby foot path to the beach, and enjoy the extraordinary view while you finish your coffee!

A long line that went outside the front door was the first good sign that this was a great place and the food and coffee confirmed our choice. Many different coffee options from drip to espresso, dark to medium blends, with regular and decaf – the coffee was delicious – BARD coffee beans from Portland, ME. The egg bacon and cheese sandwich on a bagel was a decent option for some morning protein. Finally, a great outdoor space to sit and enjoy breakfast on the side of the building made the trip (and wait) totally worth it!

The backyard is our favorite spot in Ogunquit! We look forward to our visits every season, it’s a wonderful place to bring families and relax with a delicious breakfast and the best coffee in town! We can’t wait for summer!

They were unable to modify the type of egg on the breakfast sandwiches (fried versus scrambled). I ordered a plain bagel instead, but it had a super strong sourdough flavor and was quite small. It was very busy inside and they couldn’t keep up. The napkin holders were all empty. The place is Instagrammable, but the service, food, and prices left much to be desired.

The younger female with the long braided pigtails today was beyond rude. Embarrassed herself. Made a terrible drink and made me never want to go back despite wanting to support local business as a nearby resident. I don’t know what mess I walked into but I am super bummed out because I heard so many wonderful things about the breakfast. She needs a retraining.
