Tried this place for the first time while passing through Daytona. The service was great! I ordered a slab of St.Louis Ribs with BBQ beans and garlic bread and a side of corn fritters. Everything was good my only critique would be that the ribs could use more seasoning but they were tender. The garlic bread and BBQ beans were DELICIOUS and the corn nuggets were fresh. Overall I would rate it a 8.5/10 and I would come back.

I’m giving this place 4 stars because the service and atmosphere were good. The sides were also tasty. Being very candid, the brisket left much to be desired compared to other locations in the area. Overall, though, not a bad little joint if you want something to eat. The servers were very nice and took good care of us.

I worked with Backyard Boys BBQ for a corporate event that I was in charge of organizing, and they made things so easy! The food was delicious (the pulled chicken and banana pudding were my favorite), the communication was top notch, and on-site service was impeccable. They arrived in plenty of time to set up, and were happy to stay later than planned because we still had guests arriving late. Everyone was really happy with the experience, and I’m looking forward to working with Backyard Boys again in the future.

Been some time since we were there and we were pleasantly surprised. Great salad bar and our food was hot and tasty. The food comes out fast so if you’re like us and enjoy eating your salad let your server know or your table will be overwhelmed

Backyard BBQ catered my family reunion this year. From the planning process to execution of the event, Tim and his team were excellent. The food was DELICIOUS and the various sauces were on point! The baked beans in particular stood out to me because the flavor reminded me so much of how my Mama’s baked beans tasted when she was still on this side of heaven. Also, the delivery process was on time and efficient. I sincerely thank Tim and his team for being a big part of making our family reunion a memorable event. I highly recommend Backyard BBQ to anyone looking for some good eatin’!

Love to try BBQ all over the country!! This place was different than thought would be . Service was great ! Brisket was slightly dry but I eat with no sauces as I look for real flavor.. Next time in the area I will try something else for sure ..

Nice spot to drop in for lunch. They got lunch specials that don’t break the bank.I liked the place and try to come for lunch whenever roaming about in a South Daytona. They even give you drinks with my favorite crushed ice. Come check the place out I’m sure you will enjoy if you like this type of food. I know I do.

Go to Dustin’s instead! The place is a bit run down inside. We went around 6pm on Sunday night and it was pretty dead. Salad bar was terrible. Everything was old and wilty or brown. The mayonnaise based salads had crusted over. The peas were brown. The broccoli salad was just a white and brown mush. Nasty. No soups. Meat came out cold with no smoke flavor. Service took forever and we were her only table. Way overpriced.
