We ordered a margarita and a whisky sour. The whisky sour was watered down quite a bit BUT the margarita was delicious! I would highly recommend the margarita for happy hour!!
For the food… We also ordered the happy hour. We loved the nachos but they charged over $5 extra to add “protein”. There was barely enough “protein” for the charge we got. I have several pictures ans a video to prove it. We also got the Korean BBQ and it was good but it was way too much money for only 4 wings. We couldn’t believe the bill when we got it.. A totally surprise of how expensive and chargers for extra stuff were. on a Happy Hour advertisement local for Phoenix it had advertised that all starters/ appetizers were for the happy hour prices. Once we sat down we saw a card on the table that only had a few starters/ appetizers for the happy hour. We were alittle disappointed.
Time was limited for us so we didn’t want to tell our waitress.
The environment is super loud and kids were in fact running everywhere. One of the kids had bumped my drink causing it spill on my table. I tried looking around to see if there parents were around. None that I could see near by. As I watching the outside the same kids were outside by themselves. I was concerned. I feel like the restaurant should have a stricken policy on kids being with their parents at all times for their safety.
Additional bonus of dogs being there, which enhanced the visit!
Ask for Tiana -she’s amazing! An instant friend/connection ❤️
First off, the food was ridiculously good. The kind of good where you take a bite, stop mid-conversation, and everyone at the table just nods silently like “yeah… this place is legit.” Everything came out fast, hot, and delicious.
But the real MVP of the night was our waitress Holly. If there were an Olympic sport for being an amazing server, she’d be taking home the gold, silver, and probably the bronze too.
Holly was:
• Super friendly
• On top of everything before we even had to ask
• Somehow refilling drinks like a ninja we never saw coming
• And funny enough that we were half tempted to invite her to sit down and join us
At one point I’m pretty sure she read our minds because right when we started thinking “another round sounds good,” she was already walking up with the menu like a hospitality psychic.
Between the great food, awesome atmosphere, and Holly basically running the smoothest table service known to mankind, the whole experience was a 10/10.
If you go, do yourself a favor and ask for Holly. Just be warned… she might set the bar so high that every other server in the future feels like a disappointment
I got the bbq aioli burger and it was fantastic! I loved that they put it on the side too for more – it was addictive.
Live band too!
I really appreciated the service. I am celiac and our waitress went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe meal. Gluten free burger bun and separate fryer for the French fries. My waitress assured me the bun would be handled separately from gluten-containing buns.
Oh – and the frozen prickly pear margarita? I’ll come back again and again for that too!
