Coming from a big city, Orlando expectations on service is a all time high; however, being that I was I was in an area that doesn’t have high traffic I can’t compare the two. First the wait for the food was extremely long. Granted the women workers were great. Very responsive, no complaints. My rating is dropped only for the service wait. Typically I like to experience the dine in but with the wait a few of my family members decided to just order and take it to go after we had been sitting for quite a while. Atmosphere was inviting, food was not bad at all. Possibly they could have been short staffed but I think communication on that would have been determined if we just decided to wait or go somewhere else. However I’m always a person of 2nd chances so if I’m ever back in town I would try it again.

I couldn’t get someone to take my or or even acknowledge I was even there. So I don’t know how the food is. I waited no one showed up. Between 3 and 4 pm. There was a couple sitting near the door and another couple in the next room. I was in the bar aera. I was very disappointed. I was looking forward to some good seafood.

Went around 6pm Completely dead and no music or tv. it took us 1.5 hours to get our food. They were completely backed up even though there wasn’t very many people in there. Only two waitresses and all they did was take orders barely kept up with our beer and had the runner doing everything. Awful service besides the runner she was super sweet and did her best. Crab claws were black and tasted like cigarets they even smelled awful we couldn’t eat them and the smell made us nauseous. Old owners were way better in all aspects as for the new I don’t see them staying open long.

Great hometown restaurant. The food is always great. Sadly, it changed ownership. The food took longer and is missing the atmosphere it used to have. The family restaurant vibe that makes you feel like visiting friends and family is gone for a more business like atmosphere. Even the servers looked unhappy.

Spent $40 on an old way overcooked steak when I asked for medium rare with fry’s that tasted like they’ve been sitting out for awhile and Mac and cheese that had freezer taste and no flavor but the sprite was good .
