My first experience with this new and improved Back Yard Burgers. I was not disappointed! Everything I had was an order online and pick up in store. I was at least 25 min longer than I had planned. But the Burger was outstanding. The meat is tender and moist. The bun perfectly grilled and soft. But stay togetherness that is unrivaled. The fries were delicious even though they were warm from my miscalculated arrival. The people are friendly and even the coke on tap at the beverage station needs mentioning. Out of sight! Stop here and get a burger. You won’t be disappointed. Delicious

The burger was delicious just like off our home grill. The warm blackberry cobbler w scoop of vanilla ice-cream was something I will stop again to get. My only beef is the pricing was high for fast food. $15.99 for a classic combo w desert. So I guess it’s true you get what ya pay for.

Owner if your reading this review you really need to do something about this place you are losing all your customers because your crew and managers are horrible. The food taste old any time I have been they are super slow which would be fine if the food was super hot and fresh but it’s not. It taste like it’s been sitting in a warmer for at lest 2 hours… you spent all this money to open this place but your not getting a return on your investment. My advise would be to fire the entire staff and hire new staff. The meat is the exact same as Hardee’s meat which has a funky flavor which is probably why I don’t like it.

Order total $23 and change, gave him a $40 and got $6 back. We were short changed by $10. The young kid was probably new, he originally tried to give us food without paying. We waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the window. Burger was dry and semi burnt and tasted a bit old. Fries were hot and fresh. Sweet tea was bitter and old, watered down. The only thing good was the fries. The location in GA was much better. Would not eat here again. I can see why there was no customers here

I wish I could give a higher review. BYB deserves more than 5 stars. The quality of the food and service was amazing! Even with how busy they were everything was awesome! The set up of the restaurant is awesome. I was able to go here and spend time with my family and have an amazing meal! This area needed a new restaurant that can be fast food or casual dine in. I had the mushroom Swiss burger combo with strawberry lemonade. For dessert I had a strawberry milkshake and apple cobbler. Everything was amazing!

We went on opening night and it was packed. They were all working very hard and very friendly. As with any opening night, there was a few problems, but they did everything possible to overcome them. They are understaffed, but the staff seems happy.. Loved the way they decorated the building. Feels like a home style family cookout and our food was great! It is not food that is cooked and kept on a warmer. It is cooked as ordered and served fresh. We have been back several times and each time I see that they are working hard and making improvements with time. Great place to have that family meal! Great service and great food!

This place definitely did not live up to the hype. The drive-thru is always wrapped to the road and after actually tasting the food, I’m not sure why. We have been there twice now and each time were served cold, mediocre burgers/chicken sandwiches. The cheese doesn’t melt because the food isn’t even warm. You can expect a 30-35 min wait each time, and the employees are not friendly on top of the fact that none of them seem to know what’s going on or able to get your order right. You won’t get a combo for less than $12 and it’s not even worth it. The only decent thing is the fries which are similar to the fries at Checker’s. Save your money and time, go to Pal’s instead.

Dined in for the first time. Food price was fine for us. To me it’s average. Nothing special to make us wanna return. We waited at our table for 10-15 minutes until th bserver brought food to us. Fries were seasoned nicely, reminds you of Arby’s curly fries. Burger had a toasted bun which as nice. It’s average food. Probably won’t be back if I’m being honest.

Good service. Had vege burger, which was pretty good, but not one of the best I’ve had over the years. My husband and cousins said their meals were ok/good. This fast-food establishment is average but could be better. It’s missing the ‘exceptional’ vibe in the atmosphere and food taste to help it stand apart from all others.
