I absolutely love Back Yard Burgers!! They never disappoint! I live on Siegen and this is my favorite neighborhood restaurant. The burgers here are delicious.my favorite is the barbecue burger and the home style burger. The chicken burgers are yummy too. The shakes to die for. The best part of back yard burger are the employees. I have never had a bad experience with them. I’ve never encountered a worker with an attitude. No one has ever been rude. I usually eat there after five so I’m usually waited on by a man named Dave. Dave is super nice an great at his job. Back yard give this man a raise!! He is an asset to your company. Back yard burger is awesome!!

The banana shake I got was so delicious, the burger was juicy and I loved my waffle fries even though I was eating my mother’s seasoned fries as well. Onion rings were great but wish they had a special dipping sauce like Burger King but other than that Great experience and They could work on the drive thru timing but since I had a large order I could understand why it took a while. It’s a must try and was very satisfied with this experience! They must take pride in quality ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I don’t know what to say other than the food was gross. I ordered a turkey burger, and it had sat out for so long that the cheese looked plasticy. The patty itself was cold. The fries had absolutely no seasoning and tasted like they were fried in old oil. Someone else ordered a hotdog and the bun was stale. All the drinks tasted watered down. All this was on top of a 20 minute wait at the drive through. I tried to do the survey at the bottom of the receipt, but couldn’t find the store number to save my life. This place was overpriced for the quality of the food.

Went through the drive thru my first time trying Backyard. I was a little skeptical when I pulled up to the window after ordering and no one came for a good 5 minutes and then again because the girl at the window couldn’t care less about me. All she said to me the whole time was my total and was a bit rude.. But man was the food delicious! The seasoned fries are amazing and don’t even get me started on the fried pickles. Definitely the best fast food burger I’ve ever had. I’d give the customer service a whopping 0 stars but the food is 5 star good.

On my first visit the quality of the food did not justify the price. The patties were dry and hard. I gave them a second chance today. I walked in and no one bothered to greet me. This would have been fine had there not been two people in the front, one of which was a cook playing on his phone. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and after no one bothered to even acknowledge my presence, I left. Even a “I’ll be right with you.” Would have sufficed.
After reading some reviews from the locations that are now permanently closed I think I see a trend and soon this location too will be added to that list.

Loved my Burger. Hot & fresh. The Bacon was cooked to perfection and my red velvet shake was incredible. The drive-thru was super fast and convenient. Its a little pricey but it’s not your typical fast food Burger….

Wasn’t good, wasn’t bad…
I’m usually wowed with my Backyard Burger experience but today’s experience was a bit disappointing. The workers weren’t really friendly, but still did their jobs. The food was hot 🙂 The drink station needs to serviced. It was quite sticky, which was surprising because I was the first customer . I hope this was a fluke.

The service was vary good here. The lunch I had was above expectations. Excellent flavor and large portions. Plus they serve Pepsi Cola. That was a huge plus. The young lady at the counter was friendly and was happy to serve me. On their monitors was the evening news which was really nice. I’d be glad to return to this restaurant.

So disappointing considering other people’s recent reviews. Our burgers were rubbery and smelled off, not a drop of moisture in the patties whatsoever. The fries were made “fresh” but were not cooked right or something, they were also rubbery, not crispy at all. A waste of $22 on a tight grad school budget.
